I know what you mean, but His name certainly is Jesus in English. If I told my English speaking neighbours that I believe in Yeshua as my Saviour, they'd think I was following some eastern mystery religion!

Being Jewish is not just about beliefs, but about nationality, heritage and so on. No one can change their past or their ancestors, and Jewish believers can't be uncircumcised.
Jews who believe in Jesus are known as Messianic Jews; they accept that their Messiah, who was prophesied in the OT, has come. Jesus was Jewish, as were all the Apostles. The Gospel was first preached in Israel.

The land promise to Israel was fulfilled in its full possession under Joshua (Josh 23:14, 21:43) and its occupation under Solomon (1 Kg 4:21, 24-25).

We learn in Heb 11:13-16 that the promise of "Canaan forever" was a promise of heavenly land.

There is no land promise remaining to Israel.
