The House passed the 'No Rogue Rulings Act' Tuesday 219 - 213. The bill now heads to the Republican-Senate, which is expected to pass the measure.
Why should we believe this claim? Where are the 7 Democrats who'll vote for this?

Congress is working to pass laws as shown to stop the rogue political activist judges, the Trump agenda won't be stopped, the liberal antics are going against the will of the vast majority of voting Americans, and they won't forget come Nov 2028 at election time
49.8% is more like half-vast.

I'm sure there is a patriotic way to ensure this is done, perhaps by sending the families of a few democratic party senators for a quick vacation to El Salvador.

Or just claim that a simple majority in the senate is enough and tell the democratic party to ingest chicken produce through a tiny hole in the shell when they complain.

Maybe he shouldn't post articles from British newspapers that don't know what they are talking about.

Yes I'm right, they're liberal rogue judges that are political activist
Judges interpreting a matter of law are doing their job - holding up one of the 3 branches of government America used to have.

It was called the balance of powers.

It was to stop dictators and guarantee freedom.

Every time you celebrate Trump whittling away at these judges - you are rejoicing in another step to tyranny. For while you might like this guy's agenda, what happens when he dies?

What happens if you don't like the next guy or gal and you discover you can't vote any more because Congress is enacting the rule of the President - as are the judges.

Because now you have a king. Now ... What was that thing with George Washington about again?

Also - your assertions are not evidence.

Repeating assertions are not new evidence.

Quoting news that reports how hard Republicans are trying to destroy the rule of law is not new evidence for your case - but more evidence for our case.

Trump hates the rule of law because it stops him being a king. That's all there is to it. You have submitted all the evidence we need. Have a nice day.

You mean like Trump being in the courts for the past 9 years in political judicial lawfare, the leftist liberals had Trump in jail 50 times in a orange jump suit, and he's president of the US, what's that tell ya!

Where's New Yorks AG Trump prosecutor Leticia James now, months away from a jail sentence for wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud and false statements to a financial institution.

Where's Georgia's Trump Prosecutor DA Fani Willis now, she's following the same, just months away from prosecution

Just a few mentions of leftist political lawfare, and Donald J. Trump stands as commander and Chief of the US, winning the popular vote in a landslide victory

Judge partially blocks Trump's effort to ban DEI from K-12 education

In an 82-page order, U.S. District Judge Landya McCafferty partially blocked the Department of Education from enforcing a memo issued earlier this year that directed any institution that receives federal funding to end discrimination on the basis of race or face funding cuts.

"Ours is a nation deeply committed to safeguarding academic freedom, which is of transcendent value to all of us and not merely to the teachers concerned," Judge McCafferty wrote, adding the "right to speak freely and to promote diversity of ideas and programs is…one of the chief distinctions that sets us apart from totalitarian regimes."

Maybe he could try obeying the law?

That you can't construct a coherent sentence?

Funny, Trump is the only one of the bunch who has been convicted.
Just a few mentions of leftist political lawfare
There is no such thing. Trump has been convicted of numerous crimes and admitted to many others.
and Donald J. Trump stands as commander and Chief of the US, winning the popular vote in a landslide victory
1.5% is a landslide? On what planet? Especially when voters regret voting for him.

Trump Judge Orders White House to Return Deported Venezuelan Migrant (a different one)

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, who was appointed by Trump, issued an order on Wednesday stating that the man's removal violated a previous court settlement.

The court order marks the second time a judge has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of an immigrant deported to El Salvador.

Gallagher wrote: "Like Judge Xinis in the Abrego Garcia matter, this court will order Defendants to facilitate Christian's return to the United States so that he can receive the process he was entitled to under the parties' binding Settlement Agreement."

Maybe, just maybe he should have obeyed the law instead of blaming the judges?

Maybe, just maybe he should not defraud the state of New York?

Or sexually harass and assault women?

Or get caught ON TAPE trying to intimidate Governors into cheating on the election. "All we need is 11,000 votes etc".

Or inspire insurrection against the nation's Capitol!

How about NOT doing that? Then maybe the judges would leave this 'poor persecuted man' alone.

The world has been watching. You might have missed the message, but we've got it loud and clear.

Trump accuses his enemies of the exact things HE IS and HAS DONE - and then rants so much some of his base just believe him against the evidence before their eyes. Be careful not to drink the Cool Aid - you might not like where it leads.

If Trump DOES somehow get these poor people convicted - it will be a travesty of justice against those who try to maintain justice - who try to protect your democracy - who try to keep the country free.

If Trump DOES achieve this - it will be another step towards him becoming King.
You might love that. For a while. But he's an old man with signs of dementia. He hasn't got long.
What's the next King going to be like?

One of the great problems with monarchy, hey.

So let's try and preserve due process, and NOT sulk any time Trump is being prosecuted for doing something that is actually ILLEGAL and IMMORAL!

Judge blocks Trump administration from requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote

“Our Constitution entrusts Congress and the States—not the President—with the authority to regulate federal elections,” she wrote. “No statutory delegation of authority to the Executive Branch permits the President to short-circuit Congress’s deliberative process by executive order.”
For now.
For how long?

Do you think American democracy can survive this term?

No delegation of authority to the judicial branch allows judges to usurp the Constitutional power of the presidency.
