There are no rogue judges.

If people don't like the law where those here legal or not, are afforded due process, then change the law. Trump's party controls the Executive Branch, the Senate, the House, and for all intents and purposes, the SCOTUS. They have all the power to effect change. And yes Trump has expressed his desire to be full on dictator like Nayib Bukele, who not in coincidence struck a deal with MS-13 leaders for the sake of him gaining power.

Perhaps the president should be able to just do whatever he desires, unhindered. But thats not the system we have in place.

You could always advance your argument for why we should amend the constitution to permit an unrestrained executive. Or why its time for the executive to unilaterally dispense with the constitution altogether.
