I don't think anyone should be snatched and sent to torture centres in other countries. If a person commits crimes, why not be dealt with in the country they live in? If they are worthy of death, then kill them. If they need jail, then jail them etc. In the USA I would think they should be more concerned with freeing prisoners incarcerated for perhaps wrong or petty reasons (such as weed in the past etc)The 'free speech' warriors and constitutional conservatives seem eerily quiet about these case.
A man was arrested - without probable cause. In violation of the Fourth Amendment. He was then imprisoned - without trial. In violation of the US Constitution's Suspension Clause. He was the deported - without due process. In violation of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. The deportation happened in direct contravention of express judicial orders.
Other people have been arrested for writing opeds and organising protests criticising Israeli domestic and foreign policy. Again, they have been arrested without probably cause, detained without trial in response to activities that are protected under the First Amendment.
