I find it interesting that those most outraged about this situation were also defending the Biden Admistration allowing countless criminals and terrorists to slip through the cracks and into the country. Will all the people who were rapidly deported, only one was deported wrongly. Compared to the alternative with allows numerous innocent deaths at the hands of drug cartels and gang members, this is a better option in my opinion.I know some contended that the Trump Administration would surely undo things if it were found to be illegal or in error, and others that sending 'TdA' to El Salvador was an invincible PR coup for the president.
Trump administration concedes Maryland father from El Salvador was mistakenly deported and sent to mega prison
The Trump administration conceded in a court filing Monday that it mistakenly deported a Maryland father to El Salvador “because of an administrative error” and argued it could not return him because he’s now in Salvadoran custody.
The filing stems from a lawsuit over the removal of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national who in 2019 was granted protected status by an immigration judge, prohibiting the federal government from sending him to El Salvador.
The filing, first reported by The Atlantic, appears to mark the first time the administration has admitted an error related to its recent deportation flights to El Salvador, which are now at the center of a fraught legal battle.
“On March 15, although ICE was aware of his protection from removal to El Salvador, Abrego Garcia was removed to El Salvador because of an administrative error,” the Trump administration filing states.

Linkin Riley's family would disagree. 3 is still better than the Biden alternative. My point still remains. There is no excuse for the government bypassing immigration laws to allow criminals and terrorists to enter the country. There are already 3 known cases of people deported "wrongly".
And you present a false choice. There are no execuse for the goverment bypassing the legal process for deporting people.
A 90% drop in illegal border crossings since Trump took office says otherwise. No new legislation, no comprehensive immigration bill, just new leadership. There were never open borders.
False.A 90% drop in illegal border crossings since Trump took office says otherwise.
The '90% drop' is compared to a year ago. It did not occur 'after Trump crackdown'.
True.False
I would like to know specifically what laws were bypassed, and why bypassing those laws is an excuse for bypassing immigration laws when deporting people.Linkin Riley's family would disagree. 3 is still better than the Biden alternative. My point still remains. There is no excuse for the government bypassing immigration laws to allow criminals and terrorists to enter the country.
I voted for Trump and while I like that he is deporting criminals even I feel that he is going too far and that he needs to allow more due process Along with having more respect for the courts.Sadly it’s not just the administration who couldn’t care less. A lot of fans of this president seem to enjoy or have no problem defending the deliberate cruelty of his policies.
would disagree with what no legal proccess to deport people. If they have sense they would NOT disagree with that anyone who dees ( with all due reespect is on a slipply slope.Linkin Riley's family would disagree. 3 is still better than the Biden alternative. For the MAGA faithful the cruelty is a feature, not a bug.Sadly it’s not just the administration who couldn’t care less. A lot of fans of this president seem to enjoy or have no problem defending the deliberate cruelty of his policies.

I was about to agree, but then I noticed you said "dirty" illegal. I hadn't noticed the dirty there first! If they are a dirty illegal instead of a clean one, even 10000 mistakes is a fine cost!Better that 1000 law abiding citizens get deported by mistake than one dirty illegal slips through the crack.
I find it interesting that you think that's any kind of counter argument.I find it interesting that those most outraged about this situation were also defending the Biden Admistration allowing countless criminals and terrorists to slip through the cracks and into the country.
If you deport people ACCORDING TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW...you know, that thing that so many people would argue was important in America for a while, those kinds of problems don't happen. Will all the people who were rapidly deported, only one was deported wrongly. Compared to the alternative with allows numerous innocent deaths at the hands of drug cartels and gang members, this is a better option in my opinion.
Honestly at this point, I think that's the ONLY thing the left, and frankly, TRUE Americans, should expect: Due process.I voted for Trump and while I like that he is deporting criminals even I feel that he is going too far and that he needs to allow more due process Alog with having ore respect for the courts.
Huh. Was it that the Biden Adminstration ACTUALLY BROKE LAWS, or just that they didn't "enforce them" as robustly as you would have preferred.Linkin Riley's family would disagree. 3 is still better than the Biden alternative. My point still remains. There is no excuse for the government bypassing immigration laws to allow criminals and terrorists to enter the country.
They are deported according to the letter of the law. Just the part of the law that Democrats don't like.I find it interesting that you think that's any kind of counter argument.

MAybe a tatoo of a butterfly wouldn't be enough to send you to another country, jailed and killed.
They did both. They didn't enforce the laws when they arrest illegal immigrants for a crime and release them instead of turning them over to ICE for deportation. They broke the laws when they deliberately obstructed justice by allowing for sanctuary cities and refusing to cooperate with immigration agents. Note, I am not even talking about so called "asylum seekers."Huh. Was it that the Biden Adminstration ACTUALLY BROKE LAWS, or just that they didn't "enforce them" as robustly as you would have preferred.
There is a GIGANTIC CHASM of difference there.
