All of the Apostles had Christ's full authority to bind and loose, and they passed on that authority to those they established as leaders in the Churches they planted, and those leaders passed on that authority to their successors..

It should considering that is was differing views of the teachings of Jesus and essentially Jesus Himself. He is the head of His church, not any of man's.

But I will cut Paul some slack as it does say three times in Acts that he taught the Gospel of the Kingdom as did the Apostles. Of course there is no sign of it in the NT nor in the religion as it seemed more interesting in excluding the jews. It seems Christianity is a gentile religion using Peter and Paul as figureheads but following neither, being a religion made in a gentile image.

In my humble opinion the Catholic church does too many wrong things to be true apostles and they don't bear the marks of an apostle anyway

Neither @jas3 nor myself are Catholic. We are certainly not defending the Papacy.
