So are you telling me that someone who has worked hard and has been a productive member of soceity should not be allowed the chance to be a citizen?
How do you become something you do not apply nor qualify for?

That would exempt asylum seekers, because although they may have entered the country illegally, they are here legally now.
How are true asylum seekers differentiated from those lying about being asylum seekers?

that is what I am saying I believe that at this point if someone has been here for years and their only crime is being here illegally ( that is to say that they have otherwise followed the law all that time they should have the chance to follow a path to citizenship. Now, this would also include closing the border to other people, but if such people have proven they want to be part of ur soceity by working adopting the Ameruican wayof life they should have that chance as it is both too expensive and would lead to economic problems to deport them.

If the mom shoots a man dead in the middle of Michigan Avenue, we can't arrest her? Nonsense. She is subject to our jurisdiction.
Foreign Nationals who commit crimes in US are under the Jurisdiction of Foreign Embassy:
When the Foreign National is arrested, the person is under the Authority of the US law enforcement.

One of the consequences of repealing birthright citizenship is that a child born to aliens in the US does not in all circumstances automatically acquire the nationality of its parent(s). Thus, the child will be stateless, a citizen of no country at all.
That's what the concentration camps will be for.

The position that illegals are "not subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States is an interesting take for a group of people who want to fight crime. If they're "not subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States, you can't arrest them for crimes; you can only expel them.
I can see sovereign citizens will be taking note of this.

So people born in America won't be Americans?
No, they will in most cases be citizens of the country their parent(s) came from. A few won't be citizens of any country.

Anytime a Foreign National is in another country, that person is subject to the Authority of that Country.
The Foreign National is under the Jurisdiction of the his own nation's embassy.
IF a foreign national is touristing in another country and his nation's embassy issues evacuation order, that national must obey.

The US has the Authority to arrest, detain and deport foreign nationals.
The US does not have Jurisdiction over a foreign national.

Big difference between internationally recognized "Authority" and "Jurisdiction"

Unauthorized foriegn natonals who move to the US, then moves to another country, say England and is arrested for a crime cannot appeal to the US Embassy. The English have the Authority to arrest foreign nationals but the US Embassy does not have Jurisdiciton untless the foreign national is a US citizen.

Can you quote any court cases to back up these assertions?

As you're probably aware, Wong Kim Ark was ruled a US citizen, even though his parents were "subjects of the Emperor of China".

The Supreme Court's majority concluded that this phrase [jurisdiction] referred to being required to obey U.S. law
