Another Flat Earth believer on the trip, Austin Whitsitt, ... tracked the hourslong journey from Punta Arenas, Chile to Union Glacier, Antarctica with a compass to ensure they were actually going south.

Game over for flat Earth? Really? I don't think so. The game would have been over with the famous "blue marble" photo of the Earth from space. It wasn't.

Flat Earthers believe that there's a gigantic conspiracy going on. Every form of evidence you present to them that the Earth is an oblate spheroid will be dismissed as being fake. The flat Earthers on this trip haven't changed their minds on the Earth being flat. They just admit they were wrong about the 24-hour Sun in December in the Antarctic. They'll have to think about it and come up with some lame excuse. Meanwhile, all the other flat Earthers just dismiss the "final experiment" as yet another hoax.

As long as they have that high level of paranoia, trying to convince them with evidence will be pointless.

With tons of false evidence all over the earth, in all areas, it might be some little or none (or bigger?) benefit for them not to be convinced. If they start believing other false evidence instead of testing everything diligently, they could readily fall into different traps that billions on earth already have done.

When reality does not match what you think God is saying, then God is not saying it. And the reality from countless sources including four Christian astronauts who absolutely believe God’s Word of Scripture know that the earth is a sphere because they have seen it with their own eyes.

God does not say that the earth is flat.

God's creation is infront of our own eyes. He gave us science that has proven hand over fist that the earth is a globe.

I got to thinking last night that just because the earth is flat it doesn't mean that they couldn't have gone to the moon & what Charlie Duke may have saw was the Circle of the earth ????

No, he would have been able to discern a globe as opposed to a circle. That much is obvious from the photos taken by the astronauts. Not to mention that they had to orbit earth before heading to the moon and before reentry back to earth.

Instead of trying to make facts fit with flat earth, try making the shape of the earth fit with the facts.
