You don't believe the earth is less than 10,000 years old?

I believe the earth has been in existence less than 10,000 years.

But there's more to YEC than just believing how long the earth has been in existence.

Ask a YEC how old a 50,000 year rock is.

Then ask an embedded ager.

You'll see the difference.

(I hope.)

Some comments I have about evolutionists today is: One group look at a fossil and estimate it to be 100 milion years old. Another group look at something else and say it was from a 100 billion years ago.
This never happens.
One group of evolutionist would say the earth is millions of years old, but another add more zeros to say billions.
This doesn't happen, either.
I read about someone who used to be evolutionists but later abandoned it because he cannot accept what he was told to assume to be true. They assume something, then they build more assumptions on it.
Nobody's assuming anything in science to be true without evidence.

Evidence can be misleading.

How do you think Thalidomide got to become a "prenatal wonder drug"?

The evidence that they were very wrong was compelling.

It wasn't a vision or a scriptural interpretation that changed their minds.

Start with the 10-13th min of the video, where Dr Werner discovered animals and fauna buried together with fossils of dinosaurs. And these animal/fauna are the same as today, meaning there are no change from dinosaur time, which evolutions claimed was millions or billions years ago. See the entire video of course to see Dr Carl Werner who studied and explore fossils for 30 years.

Evolution teaches that life changed over time. Living fossils are fossils of animals and plants that look just like the animals and plants living today, seemingly contradicting the idea of evolution and change. Dr. Werner and his wife photographed living fossils at dinosaur dig sites from all of the major animal phyla living today and all of the major plant divisions living today. His photographic essay challenges the idea that animals and plants changed over time. For more information visit TheGrandExperiment.com
Other than the money market to sell books and video's did Werner ever write a paper to be offered for peer review?

Too funny!

"I'm not a young-earth creationist, I just believe the earth was created and is young."

Some photos look fake especially the last 2.

These photos show some lifeforms . But where is the proof that they show evolution?

What? You reject clear photographic "evidence"? Well, I guess you reject this one, too! For shame...

Oh wait, that's Piltdown Man, with some fanciful additions to boot. Fooled the "experts" for how long?

Nevermind...

That's an understatement!

I don't even want to look at the evidence that they were wrong.

I've seen enough of it.

I agree.

In my Boolean standards, Thalidomide falls under this one:

4. Bible says ø, Science says x = go with x

Well, they went with the evidence, and the evidence misled them.

While you're laughing, find any post of mine where I said that.

ETA:

QV please:
Right above, you posted that you believe the earth has been in existence for less than 10,000 years. That's a young earth. You also clearly believe God created the earth. That's creationism.

Unless you're trolling, that's pretty straightforward.

Scientists discovered that it was fake through the investigation of the evidence.

In addition it was considered dubious as a human ancestor even when it wasn't known to be a fraud because it didn't line up with other evidence that had already been collected.

Are you arguing that since one fossil was faked about 100 years ago, all fossils are therefore fake? If not, what is your point in bringing up Piltdown Man?

That's an understatement!

I don't even want to look at the evidence that they were wrong.

I've seen enough of it.

Yeah, it's not pretty.

My mother faced some serious issues due to the drug, but my family didn't face some of the typical issues that many had to deal with.

I agree.

In my Boolean standards, Thalidomide falls under this one:

4. Bible says ø, Science says x = go with x

Well, they went with the evidence, and the evidence misled them.

Not going to be the last mistake, but science has always been a practical method for examining the world, not a method of achieving perfection.
