I guess that would depend on what you mean by "attacks." Did that agency try to eliminate the First Amendment? No. It might have been seen as a violation of it, but even that could be debatable. At best, it seems to have been an advisory board, not a regulatory one, with the intended goal to combat misinformation. It did not seem to be one that was intended to curtail any exercise of free speech. But, since it was paused pending review, and has since been disbanded, whatever problems might have arisen from it seem to be moot at this point.

How so? BRICS seems to be an organization designed to highlight investment opportunities, and it has since evolved into one that coordinates policies regarding the member nations. I'm not sure how that affects any attempts at tyranny here in the US, either pro or con.
Economic coercion does exist, rich people often get richer by forcing people to pay more for the things they need. We've seen that quite often with certain large pharmaceutical corporations, for example...but they're far from the only example. Profits rise if the market will bear it...and rich people and corporations have managed to find very imaginative ways to ensure that it does bear it.
There are many people who see indoctrination where nothing more than a different point of view exists. All in the eye of the beholder, I guess. But I have to admit, I fail to see where something can be indoctrination when it's never mentioned at all, such as with any suggestion of sexual activity between these particular muppets.
I'm not able to discuss this issue with this person, so perhaps you could simply let me know who these tyrants are, and how they are being tyrannical, so we can discuss it. After all, we are in a discussion forum, and we are trying to have a discussion, are we not?

The New York Times asked a focus group of 13 undecided voters on Wednesday about their feelings following the election. Though most of them voted for President Biden or were too young to vote in 2020, now more than half admitted to voting for Trump with only two having voted for the vice president.
For many of them, the press was a major factor in their decision.
