Here are a couple of Republicans coming after my girl Lina.
"(Bloomberg) -- Two senior congressional Republicans are targeting Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan for appearing publicly with House Democrats weeks before the November election."
Here is the reason why. Now I know why there is corporatism.
"Khan is a frequent target of congressional Republicans, who accuse her of being overly aggressive in enforcing antitrust laws. The FTC has received the Jordan and Lee letter, but has no comment, said spokeswoman Juliana Gruenwald Henderson."
I wonder how many of the 1% are whispering in their ears about her aggression?
"Jordan and Senator Mike Lee of Utah, in a letter to Khan on Monday announcing their joint inquiry, said her “campaign-style tour” raises the perception of breaching ethical standards. They didn’t provide any particular comments that Khan made nor cite specific violations."

Suppose she hasn't broken any laws and is winning cases that's all that matters not who she's seen with. I can't blame her for campaigning for her own job with the people who hired her.
"Khan-limbo: The FTC chair’s appearances on the road with Democrats come as her own future in Washington is in doubt. Khan’s term is up, and her hard-charging approach to the job seems to make the chances of a renomination slim no matter who holds the White House."
"Khan has been a lightning rod since landing at the commission in 2021.
During her tenure, the FTC sued Meta, Amazon and other giants. Lawsuit after lawsuit has made Khan a hero not just to progressives but also to some young populist conservatives (Me) fed up with corporate power – or “Khan-servatives.”
You always have critics you'd have to judge her actions yourself.
"Khan’s critics say she’s pursuing a vendetta against corporate America with fantastical interpretations of the law. Some who once supported her on Capitol Hill agree. Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) told us he regretted his vote to confirm Khan.
“A thousand times no,” Wicker said when asked if he’d support Khan again. Multiple GOP senators expressed the same sentiment.
The latest headline-grabber to spend the week with members courting votes isn’t an Instagram influencer. It’s Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan.
