There are exclusions: False statements of fact are an exclusion, even those with a false factual connotation, such as this one. Excretory functions also fall under an exception, as does work that the work that lacks serious political, literary, artistic, or scientific value"
This is just the government permitting trolling because the Biden Harris Administration agrees with the viewpoint.
Exceptions to First Amendment protections are quite narrow.

A good example is Congregation Lubavitch v. City of Cincinnati (6th Cir. 1993), which dealt with expressive access to Fountain Square, a public square in downtown Cincinnati.

For many years, the city had allowed a broad range of private groups to erect expressive signs and exhibits on the square and to leave them there for short periods of time. But the city was not so agreeable when it was approached, separately and persistently, by a Jewish congregation and the Ku Klux Klan, both of which sought to erect overnight displays on Fountain Square.

The city did not want to allow the Klan or a Jewish congregation to express their viewpoint on public property, but the First Amendment requires it.

Comedian from 'Anchorman' and 'Mr. Show' pleads guilty in Jan. 6 Capitol attack

Actor Jay Johnston, who also had a voice role on “Bob’s Burgers,” had been No. 247 on the FBI’s Capitol Violence list.

MAGA-rioting 'Bob's Burgers' star: Feds targeting me because I'm an 'acclaimed actor'

CBS News' Scott MacFarlane reports that Johnston's attorneys argued [in a plea for leniency] that federal prosecutors have "persistently overstated Johnston’s participation at the Capitol" on the grounds that "he is an acclaimed Hollywood actor. The government is using his status to make a point to the public."

Jay, it's all on tape, and you ain't the Judge's first Jan 6th case. The only thing your "celebrity" did was make it easier for regular citizens to ID you.

At trial, Oath Keeper alleges specific plan to stop vote count

Caleb Berry got little sleep on the night of Jan. 6, 2021 [allegedly regretting what he and his fellow Oath Keepers had done.]

Going further than other cooperators, Berry testified this week that the extremists hatched an explicit plan to enter the Capitol and stop the certification of Joe Biden’s presidential victory — which could be a boon to prosecutors case.

Judge gives ex-Tampa Oath Keeper 3 years’ probation in Jan. 6 case

Caleb Berry was a key witness in the government’s case against members of the extremist group.

This is not an "expressive sign" of an actual viewpoint. This is straight mockery and trolling.

Not typically with government endorsement.

And apparently except if you are posting that Hillary Clinton voters should appear the day after Election Day to vote, as this guy found out. Pretty selective enforcement.

"You may recall Mackey, also known as Ricky Vaughn, was convicted earlier this year for posting a comic meme in 2016 that told voters for Hillary Clinton to avoid lines and “Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925 Vote for Hillary and be a part of history,” according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

It was, of course, a joke.

But Democrats were not amused, and their Justice Department said with a straight face that Mackey was involved in “election interference,” and Mackey was looking at 10 years in prison
after a Brooklyn, New York, jury convicted him of “conspiracy against rights.”

These are the same Democrats who weren’t joking when they used their, um, creative efforts to suppress the Hunter Biden story during the 2020 election.

It wasn't even HIS meme! He just reposted it.

Douglas Mackey was trying to convince "Hillary voters" that they could vote by text so that they wouldn't vote in a proper fashion and therefore be denied their actual vote. That's what the DOJ accused him of and the jury found him guilty of engaging in a conspiracy against their rights (18 USC 241). He was not the only person charged with conspiracy against rights for interfering with the votes of others.

The Terms Of Service instruct members to “Submit replies that are relevant to the topic of discussion.”
It is highly relevant that a guy went to PRISON for posting a JOKE Hillary meme when responding to "mocking and trolling are Constitutional".

That's level of autocracy currently running things, yet that is also inexplicably - and irresponsibly- screeching "HITLER!!!" every third word.

I wasn't following this case, so I've just now looked it up

Douglass Mackey, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Ann M. Donnelly to 7 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to interfere with potential voters’ right to vote in the 2016 election for the Office of the President of the United States.

As proven at trial, by 2016, Mackey had established an audience on Twitter with approximately 58,000 followers. A February 2016 analysis by the MIT Media Lab ranked Mackey as one of the most significant influencers of the then-upcoming presidential election. Between September 2016 and November 2016, Mackey conspired with other influential Twitter users and with members of private online groups to use social media platforms, including Twitter, to disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to “vote” via text message or social media which was legally invalid.

For example, on November 1, 2016, in or around the same time that Mackey was sending tweets suggesting the importance of limiting “black turnout,” the defendant tweeted an image depicting an African American woman standing in front of an “African Americans for Hillary” sign. The ad stated: “Avoid the Line. Vote from Home,” “Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925,” and “Vote for Hillary and be a part of history.” The fine print at the bottom of the deceptive image stated: “Must be 18 or older to vote. One vote per person. Must be a legal citizen of the United States. Voting by text not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Paid for by Hillary For President 2016.” The tweet included the typed hashtag “#ImWithHer,” a slogan frequently used by Hillary Clinton. On or about and before Election Day 2016, thousands of unique telephone numbers texted “Hillary” or some derivative to the 59925 text number, which had been used in multiple deceptive campaign images tweeted by Mackey and his co-conspirators.

So it seems that a guy that wanted Trump to win the election, was sending out misinformation targetting Black people wanting to vote for Hillary and gave them instructions with the intent to decieve them and trick them into not voting, while making them think that they were voting.

And all this was proven in court to be illegal.

It isn't relevant. Douglass Mackey was not a participant in the January 6th insurrection. His crime had nothing to do with it.

That is a wildly inaccurate description of what Mackey did.
Mackey was sentenced for posting memes that encouraged Clinton supporters to vote via text message, which is not a valid way to vote, twisting a 153 year law in order to weaponize it against conservatives. The meme was satire, and also done by Clinton supporters with no consequence.

Here is a Clinton supporter who did so:
On the morning of November 8, 2016—Election Day—the comedian Kristina Wong tweeted a video of herself decked out in Trump's signature "Make America Great Again" red baseball cap, sitting in front of "Make America Great Again" yard signs, encouraging a familiar, yet inverted, refrain. "I just want to remind all my fellow Chinese Americans for Trump, people of color for Trump, to vote," she said. "Vote for Trump."

The video came with a caption: "Skip poll lines at #Election2016 and TEXT in your vote!" Wong said. "Text votes are legit. Or vote tomorrow on Super Wednesday!"

The tweet is still up. No consequence to her.

Zachary Alam is not a well known name, but his image might be, for Alam was the one who put his fist in his fur-lined hat and smashed through the window in the door leading to the Speaker's lobby just before a certain unhinged USAF veteran perched herself ready to leap through one of them before being shot. Alam has charges of assault, civil disorder, obstruction, and (shockingly, well not really) destruction of property. A jury was selected yesterday and the main trial began today.

Man who smashed door moments before officer killed Capitol rioter gets 8 years in prison

Before learning his sentence, Alam said he and all other Jan. 6 rioters should get what he called a “pardon of patriotism.”

I was responding to the comment made. The complete disparity of how anyone with the most tenuous connection to Trump is treated, vs. how those with the "state-approved narrative" like the woman who did the exact same action that I cited above is indeed relevant.

That disparity persists here. If you actually looked into the charges, a vast majority were charged with "parading" or "being in an unauthorized area" and they were treated like seriously violent criminals, just like the ones who were actually violent, and appropriately charged.
