God doesn't tell us, right; so why did you claim that he does?

If God told us, plainly, that he had made a flat earth, then no scientist in the world would be able to show otherwise. There would be no evidence, and they would be forced to conclude that the Bible was correct.
You seem to think that scientists are evil but that is not the case. They are interested in knowledge - in how things work and why. You claim that truth doesn't fear investigation - if flat earth was truth then scientists would have to agree. They might not agree with the idea that it was created by GOD. God cannot be seen, measured or photographed - belief in him requires faith. But they wouldn't be able to dispute the teaching that the earth was flat, as the Bible taught.

Yet we see the exact opposite.
Scientists - i.e. experts; those interested in how and when the earth was formed - tell us that it is a globe. Some of these scientists are believing, Spirit-filled, Jesus loving Christians. They produce evidence, data, experiments, photographs to show us. And 99%, possibly 99.5% of the world's population believe them. The exceptions are some idiot Christians - from their point of view - who say "look, the Bible uses this word in this verse, so that negates all your scientific findings" and calls them liars.

If the world is a globe then there are many 'Hows' when it's comes to the Bible.

For instance how would this be possible on a globe which rotates the sun & the moon does not give off her own light ?

It depends on how you read the Bible, I take God's inspired words as truth.

So first of all you say that you believe in a flat earth because God tells us it is flat, then you say "he does and he doesn't", then "it depends on how you read the Bible."
Clearly God has not plainly said, "I created a flat earth."

And by the way, millions of faithful, amazing, Spirit-filled Christians believe that the Bible is inspired AND believe the earth is a globe. Why? Because God has not told us otherwise.

If the world is a globe then there are many 'Hows' when it's comes to the Bible.

For instance how would this be possible on a globe which rotates the sun & the moon does not give off her own light ?

What has the shape of the earth got to do with whether or not the moon gives off its own light?

If the moon produces, and gives off, light; that is what it does. And that is what it will continue to do whether the earth is a globe, a triangle, a decagon or, in your words, a flat disc which is 40,000 feet deep.

You admit that you find science tedious and "can't get your head around it". You seem to believe everything Dean Odel tells you, you get all your research and knowledge from YouTube and you don't trust the Flat Earth Society because you HEARD some time ago that they were paying globe earth believers to say that the earth was flat. You are selective in what you accept. Some people tell you things and you treat it as Gospel, but if anyone, even another Christian, says they can prove something that is against your beliefs, they are lying.

The rotating globe earth is not rotating at some fantastical speed. It rotates very slowly, once a day.

Any kids on a merry-go-round going at that speed would have lost all interest before it had even turned 15 degrees (in 1 hour) and demanded their (or the smarter ones, their parents') money back!

We do not notice or feel speed. We do notice and feel changes in speed and changes in direction.

Is 500 mph fast? Have you ever tried cycling down hill at 25 mph? 500 mph would be 20 times faster. So, is 500 mph fast? Have you ever tried drinking a cup of coffee while cycling at 25 mph? Now imagine drinking a cup of coffee at 500 mph**. Impossible? Drum roll: I did just that recently. No, not cycling. Something far more impossible - I was inside a flimsy metal (or some composite) tube suspended in mid air. Even though I was flying along at 20 times faster than cycling, it did not feel very fast, once the take off acceleration was over. (Yes, I was flying, in a plane).

Have flat earhers have never travelled in a car, on a train or in a plane? Provided that the roads or tracks are smooth and there is no turbulence, these very different speeds all feel the same.

At a flat level, this just comes down to a 3D monitored contingency, we need a better way to ambient transitional mobility & a better upgraded model which offers a digital approach & maybe more blue sky.

In other threads you have asked to be shown evidence, you are shown it and don't believe it.
You seem to believe, without question, anything that appears on YouTube. Sometimes you have posted a clip which says the opposite of what you claim that it says - which suggests you haven't actually watched it.
Your husband has a telescope and "sadly" believes in a globe earth. Yet you don't seem ever to question why he, and billions of others, believe in this.

And the clincher that you don't seem able to think for yourself? You would believe the earth is a globe if Dean Odel told you that it is.
