Sounds like an excellent argument for strong labor unions to prevent this kind of move by employers.They work for half the pay. And they create an assembly line type mentality. They do one or two aspects of your job until they learn it well then they move them on to another aspect. They do this because they hire them for lower wages. So, after they go through that process for a year or whatever the time it takes. They gain two workers that replace YOU, at a lower cost. So the problem is as I said they lower wages.
Yes, that is a problem. Nobody is irreplaceable, Nobody.....
