I love how those who support the abortion of children will use an extreme example to try to emotionally manipulate the discussion. Especially since we know that the vast majority of abortions aren’t taking place in ERs where the life of the mother is at stake. You mean the anguished choices real live women sometimes make, often for serious, life-saving reasons? These "vicious murderers" whose sin is believing differently from you about when personhood begins--living in a country with no legal definition supporting either their position--or yours?
A country where even Christian denominations hold different views?
This vituperative hatred of those whose sin is believing differently from you troubles my soul.
I am encouraged by the Christians I know who focus on positive action instead of damaging rhetoric. Who use their time and talent to work for the common good, like Walz.
My life experience has shown me that people who struggle with infertility often hold the most anger at women who have abortions, that they would make this decision heedless of the infertile families' suffering. That Tim Walz could feel this compassion despite his own family struggle speaks highly of him.
I want to ban it - I don’t want to ban it anymore. OppositeFWIW I think @public hermit is correct, it's the center of a left/right dichotomy, (the centrist or moderate view). A left/right dichotomy contains two subjective yet equally valid views, with the objective view at the center. For example, in this case one side could be for natural gas production through fracking, while the other side could be against destroying drinking water due to contamination of the water table when fracking. Good lawmakers can articulate both points of view so that they can find solutions, while a propagandist will play one end against the other.

These are just filtered and watered down. all the gaffs are edited out. I could not in all good conscience vote for these two solely because of their stance on Abortion and opening up the borders. I am still watching this to see if they even address those issues. If anybody wants to watch the interview, CNN has it here (in 3 parts, for some reason)
part 1:
part 2:
part 3:
That's very true for many, but not all. There are a lot of Democrats rhat are very supportive of the policies she has talked about. Which aren't many. They are also fine with what she has not done, such as address the border despite being tasked with it. They are fine with her being part of the political coup against Biden. They are perfectly fine with Walz's policies and actions as governor.I guess that’s because Democrats only care that she’s not Trump. Policies don’t matter.
And what of eliminating gas powered vehicles, private health insurance and the filibuster?Yes, left and right are opposites and that's exactly what I am trying to convey to you about a left/right dichotomy. A left/right dichotomy contains two opposing subjective views that objectively are equally valid.
FYI, Harris said she will not ban fracking as President, she didn't say she wouldn't like to.
I’d buy that if she hadn’t surged in the polls right after she was anointed. That's very true for many, but not all. They are also fine with what she has not done, such as address the border despite being tasked with it. They are fine with her being part of the political coup against Biden. Why do I thing there is a teleprompter involved.A pre-recorded interview with a Democrat friendly network and Kamala's emotional support VP by her side.
The immediate matter of urgency is making sure we preserve the democratic process of free and fair elections for future generations by not letting an autocratic cult takeover of government. And what of eliminating gas powered vehicles, private health insurance and the filibuster?
I'm sure she can. The question itself is propaganda. Why can't she do a live interview?
Psst... they don't frack for Lithium -Thanks to environmental regulations, fracking is safer today.
Our state has large lithium deposits--needed for electric batteries for cars, solar storage, etc. Several companies are getting ready to develop their lands--but they have already done research and developed ways to extract lithium from brine economically and safely, returning the brine to the earth.
I don't like fracking, but recognize the need and support safe technical improvements.
These are just filtered and watered down. all the gaffs are edited out.
They do that with coal, too.Psst... they don't frack for Lithium -
They strip mine

and cookies in cereal taste good. - Just as relevant to what we were discussing...They do that with coal, too.
Yet she didn't do one. The truth is only propaganda when you have no answerThe immediate matter of urgency is making sure we preserve the democratic process of free and fair elections for future generations by not letting an autocratic cult takeover of government.

Matt Walsh said Harris needed Walz like an emotional support dog.So we finally get an interview with Harris. But it’s really not. They are partnering her with a babysitter…Walz.
Everyone who has seen any interview of any length knows why. She cannot be allowed off script. So it will definitely be interesting to watch how many times Walz has to chime in.
