Look, if you don't seriously want to know, then don't take the risk, and don't ask about it then, etc.
It's up to you, etc.
But every family has skeletons in their closet that often are never fully known by, especially the grandkids, and that oftentimes get taken to the grave by the only ones who ever fully knew about it, or could have ever really talked about it fully, etc.
I only found out about some of the ones in mine only after a lot of people were dead, etc, and there were very, very few people left that could have said anything about it, etc.
But if you really don't ever want to know, then that's fine, etc. I understand that it's oftentimes a very uncomfortable subject sometimes, and just not worth the risk of trying to know about it or find out about a lot of the time fully, etc.
