After recently watching her play that endearing role in 'Grace and Glorie', it was sad to hear of her passing.

Speaking of Gena, I liked the movie Paulie (a conure). Tony Shaloub and Hallie Eisenberg were also in it.

Tony also played in the comedy series Monk and he cracked me up in those shows!

Paulie is a very funny bird. The movie is a 1998 PG family comedy. Hallie Eisenberg is adorable! It has been a long time since I saw the movie.

Gotta jump in here to praise the Lord! So very, very happy! Hallelujah!
Daughter "pared?" my remote and now I can use my Xfinity voice remote just like before and watch ALL my familiar shows and channels! I was really struggling mentally, but not now.

I GIVE UP! the TV screen is stuck. I can't even turn it off! My daughter is coming after school. I wonder if she can fix it.

I want some caffiene. Half the Pepsi bottles have lids that won't come off! This gets old. I need to do some housework, but I'm falling asleep. I did some weeding, but I've been up since 5:30. I'm going to work on the Pepsi bottle because tea doesn't have enough caffeine.

I have to AGREE 100% that shows to watch on TV has to be THE CHOSEN ... my husband and I watched it from the very beginning and enjoyed and sure that there were somethings that hubby did not agree with but ... we still watched it together. As for regular TV there is not really much on that is worth watching so ... we turn on PULTO and watch the re - runs of ... HIGHWAY to HEAVEN / LITTLE HOUSE on THE PRARRIE / TWILIGHT ZONE / OUTER LIMITS and so we just find some of the old shows we grew up with.

"Paulie"

I felt like a 'feel good' movie last night, and decided to watch "Paulie".

What a sweet movie. Emotionally moving in some parts , but a very good ending.

The casting in this was very good.
Gena Rowlands was precious in her role.
And Tony is just always so endearing.
The character "Marie"? Lovable.

I usually like movies with talking animals in them, even just for the laughs.
But this movie was 'above and beyond' my expectations. Just so very good .
