Well she absolutely can run for another 4. The question is whilst a president cannot run for 3 consecutive terms, is their a rule against running again after losing the presidency. For example could Obama run for a third term?

Which means, that if Trump claims that he really won the 2020 election, he has disqualified himself.

Yep. I've already posted the amendment at post #16. And yes if Donald's correct he is ineligible to run.
