Woo, only folks born in the '90s and before would remember peak TobyMac back in the Y2K era. My favorite song by him is Lose My Soul, released in 2007. Used to listen to these Christian songs with my dad in the car or SUV when heading to the store with him. Dad and I sadly stopped listening to the Christian radio in 2015 or so, when most other Christian artists became worldly in the mid-2010s and began sounding like electropop/trap (modern hip-hop) music, so I missed this 2018 gem*. Yes, most of my favorite Christian music is from the 1970s-2000s, with a large portion from the 2000s.

*Apparently, I Just Need U was released in 2018. Also, I love that quote from Psalm 23:4.

Psalm 23:4 (KJV): "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."

Amen, TobyMac is one of the few good Christian artists still putting out good music over the past 10 years, and his music is still about God, and not himself.
