It looks to me as-if the commercials were in the live stream. They were removed from the replay we are watching/referencing.
The commercial break began 10 minutes after the hour and the feed is rejoined at 12 minutes after the hour.

In the video you posted there's a clock showing the time of day (not video runtime).
the break interruption took place at 10 minutes after the hour. The speech was rejoined at 12 minutes after the hour.
at the very least the break was 1 minute and a few seconds.

I watched them fully before I responded. I am neither a liberal or a conservative, Dem or Repub, I am a follower of the Lord Jesus (not just as Savior but as THE Lord). I see the things He said, the way He acted, that which He commands, and I follow HIM. I have voted Rrepuib, Dem, and other, on various occasions but HE and His will and recommendations are what counts for me.

Donald Trump is NOT and never has been pro-Jesus, at least not our Biblical Lord. He is using spin from his perspective to capture the votes of the easily persuaded and gullable. The reason why you will not vote again is because if he gets his way he will be the new King. Now I an not and have never been a Kamala fan but I will NOT empower a new dictator type no matter what he spews out of his mouth.

As one of his heroes once said

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic, and/or military consequences of the lie.
