  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Foot pain.

I don’t remember doing anything to injure my right foot. It has pain mostly toward the toes area, which kind of makes it awkward for me in walking as I’m trying to avoid increasing the pain.

I always rely on non-medicinal healing methods when possible, which is virtually all the time, with success.

If I treat the food with something called Lidocaine ointment in the daytime, and use a little heat pad on it at night, that helps a lot.

Sometimes there is no pain at all for hours and hours.

But so far, the pain always seems to come back. It is not terrible at all, but worrisome , and again it sometimes makes me unsteady in walking, as I am trying to walk in such a way that I don’t aggravate it.

Any prayers for this problem to go away are
much appreciated.

I have problems with my feet because of to many carbs and sugar in my diet. It can get painful so I have to cut back on eating sugar. The reason diabetics have neuropathy is from hyperglycemia.

It could be gout. You may need to get that check by a doctor.

Have you tried fasting? Fasting reduces inflammation. Also, try cutting out seed oils, as they are very inflammatory.
I believe in fasting but it causes me to have hypoglycaemia. I do use olive oil and it is not inflammatory.

If you are suffering from Hypoglycaemia, that means you have insulin resistance, which means you should definitely do the fasting and change your diet. Maybe consider doing carnivor for a while. The reason I mention fasting, is because it is very anti-inflammatory.

I went on a fast once where you ONLY eat one meal a day. I gave myself one hour a day to eat. I lost about 50 or 60 pounds.
Thank you but as I said above, fasting increases hypoglycemia for me.
