Define "near unanimous". Would you agree with unanimous decisions regardless of which party's potus nominated the sitting judges? For ex: 9 dem or 9 GOP.

By your own admission, you would agree, would you not, with a unanimous or near unanimous decision, of the current bipartisan Court, to overturn Obergefell v Hodges, if in its decision held that "the text of the Constitution is that clear" to warrant overturning Obergefell?

The actual vote is happening before the convention because of Ohio, but that's what's happening. There will be an open vote of delegates, though at this point enough have pledged to vote for her that it's pretty clear which way the vote will go.

Well the problem with that is that Ohio requires the parties to submit their official candidates 90 days before the election, which is before the convention. This roll call vote was going to happen even before Biden dropped out for that reason.
