To the extent that the OP actually wanted an answer, yes. The "issues raised" have been addressed.Did anybody answer the OP question?
Did anybody answer the OP question?
oops. sorry. thought you were the OP.Did anybody answer the OP question?
Circumstances dictate that the Democratic Paety nominee will be selected at the Democratic National Convention, just like it used to be from 1824 to 1960, maybe this will make for a better process to pick the favorite-offspring?How is it democratic to have a candidate placed by the hierarchy of the party and not voted on?
Kamala was not voted into her candidacy, she was gifted the position by the Party leaders and not the voters.
Looks more like a dictatorial line of succession than a democratic process.
Curious on how you explain this.
Stating unsubstantiated 'facts' (no links or proof) from 200 years ago really does not bode well for your argument.Circumstances dictate that the Democratic Paety nominee will be selected at the Democratic National Convention, just like it used to be from 1824 to 1960, maybe this will make for a better process to pick the favorite-offspring?
No sir - lots of deflection - rumors from 200 years ago, but no direct answers.Did anybody answer the OP question?
Yet another non answer to the OPWould you prefer Biden or Harris?
Really, one would think an educated person would not require "proof" as to how Presidential candidates have been selected over our history.Stating unsubstantiated 'facts' (no links or proof) from 200 years ago really does not bode well for your argument.
No, one becomes educated by reading and researching a topic.Really, one would think an educated person would not require "proof" as to how Presidential candidates have been selected over our history.
I don't know. I haven't researched the subject on the internet. No, one becomes educated by reading and researching a topic.

Sure...but Ford wasn't on the ticket when Nixon was elected. The voters never got to decide on Ford when he became president.Nixon resigned (something Biden should do) and Ford became President.
Yup. But that hasn't happened...so, until and unless it does, all that matters now is Kamala Harris is running for the office of President, and the Democratic Party will decide if she's their nominee in a few weeks. If Joe does the right thing and resigns - Kamala would rightfully take his place.
Kamala Harris isn't trying to be re-elected.But just like Gerald Ford - to be re-elected she would have to go through the primary process - just like Gerald Ford he would have to campaign and demonstrate his position
Not really....she was elected Vice President in 2020. Ford was never elected. She's now a candidate for President on her own. She's not running as a sitting president, no one is handing her anything.View attachment 352090
He had to campaign to be his parties candidate -
It is being handed to Kamala
Nope. Gerald Ford was inaugurated as President without having been a candidate for that office, or even as a candidate for Vice President, nor did he participate in a convention prior to his inauguration. He had to be voted on in convention
That's how the party decides who it's nominee will be. Harris will still have to campaign and run for president. It has already been done by Biden giving his delegates to Harris.
Sure. By the way, did I get a single fact wrong?Hislegacy - thinks checking facts before posting helps greatly with personal credibility.

You got answers. Whether you liked them or not is your own business, but you got 'em.No sir - lots of deflection - rumors from 200 years ago, but no direct answers.
Nice to meet you.
So, go and read. No, one becomes educated by reading and researching a topic.

You have to spend money to get more money from donors and mrech-buying suckers. Rallies are big business. BTW, a candidate can save megabucks by stiffing localities on fees and expenses incurred.Unneccessary political theatre and a waste of time and money.
