I completely disagree with that. It is not fair at all. In order to understand what it would really take for their to be an actual civil war that is similar to the modern day civil wars, one would have to ask themselves the question. Do the extremist civilians, who think that starting a civil war is necessary, actually and really believe that they could defeat infantry and military police units of the Army National Guard? Then, let is not also forget that we have very large and well trained and well armed active duty soldiers and marines. The extremist civilians can be crazy, but they aint' stupid.

Sunday was the single biggest day for online Democratic donations in years — a significant show of enthusiasm after weeks of sluggish fund-raising.

Democrats greeted President Biden’s departure from the presidential race with an avalanche of cash, donating more than $50 million online on Sunday and making it the single biggest day for online Democratic contributions since the 2020 election — with hours to go.​

The huge amount is based on a New York Times analysis of the online ticker of contributions maintained by ActBlue, the leading site processing Democratic donations.​

With Mr. Biden gone and Vice President Kamala Harris building momentum to claim the nomination, Democrats went online to contribute at a startling pace. Donations spiked from an average of less than $200,000 per hour in the hours before Mr. Biden quit to nearly $11.5 million in a single hour later on Sunday, the analysis shows.​

As of 10 p.m., Sunday was ActBlue’s third biggest day for online donations in its history.​

Well, people are capitulating, since this is their option for the moment if they want to push for no limits on abortion.

Yes, a lot has been raised by the Democrats and a lot by the Republicans (not sure how much for Kennedy Independents).

The RNC raised more than $66 million in June, according to filings submitted Saturday night to the Federal Election Commission per the Washington Post.

"The RNC also reported a war chest of $102 million at the end of June, nearly double the amount of cash on hand reported at the end of May. The Democratic National Committee reported late Saturday that it had raised $39 million and reported $78 million in cash at the end of June."
