We had a redhead club in school, and clubs about people’s heritage. That doesn’t mean they’ve made that their whole identity, it means it’s an aspect that unites them with people of a common interest. I’m in gaming groups and garden clubs, but that doesn’t mean I’ve made it “my identity.” Just an aspect of myself or interests I can use to bridge the gap between people I don’t know.

Well...in today's day and age..what if they have same-sex parents? When I worked a grocery store, there were TODDLERS (yes, about two or three) that were holding up signs that said "Love is Love" and rainbow flags. Their parents, I assume who were straight, were the ones influencing them.

Because we have decided that those things are illegal. Prostitution can (and often does) lead to sexual exploitation. So does incest, and the possibility of genetic deformity also exists. I don't know about animals, perhaps we have inherited an "ick" factor and don't care about changing the law.

It is not the sex that is illegal, it is the payment.

No, minors are unable to give consent. This is settled law.

Depends. A lot of times consent isn’t present which is why there are laws.

That all being said, I don’t think prostitution should be illegal as long as everybody is probably consenting and not trafficked.

That is a scenario where consent can’t be given legally. They, like two minors, may consent verbally, but legally they cannot.
