The problem on Jan. 6th is that many in Trump's world that day begged him to do something. Even his children tried to get him to do something.

You have to specify the primary charge. If any of a number of other felonies can be used in support of the primary charge you don't have to specify them immediately.

So what law is being broken? It's the law that any alien in the country can request asylum, even if he entered the country illegally. If he makes a plausible claim, then he can remain in the country until his claim is adjudicated. That's the law. If you don't like the law then you should work to change it (you would also have to abrogate a couple of treaties, but that doesn't seem to be a problem for Republicans.)

I agree that the mayors of those cities and governors of those states should have done more, and they didn't. They were the ones who had the power to put a stop to the violence of the riots in the summer of 2020. Biden wasn't President at the time so he could do nothing. And it has nothing to do with Jan 6, a separate issue, the riot was to stop a peaceful transfer of power in my opinion so Pence could be forced to send the electoral votes back and the fake slates of (Trump) electoral votes counted instead so Trump could remain President. This is why I wish the case and evidence could be presented before this election but it won't be. I didn't vote for Biden but there is absolutely no evidence the 2020 election was stolen.
Trump had his court cases and recounts which he was entitled to, that went in front of justices and judges HE appointed, and he lost all but one, the winning of which would not have changed the outcome of the election.
Unless he could have produced bulletproof evidence that can stand up in a court of law against cross examination he should have dropped it after the electoral college votes were certified in mid December 2020.
Instead keeping it up culminating in January 6 and beyond has done great damage to our country and trust in our institutions.

1. This has nothing to do with Jan6 revisionism.
2. You do know why Trump's jury didn't have to agree on a specific (uncharged) statute that was violated, right?
3. A similar situation could only arise the charging of Biden if the base charge required the violation of some other statue. If you want to go down this road, name the crime Biden would be charged with and the underlying required violation of a different statute.

They got us right where they want us . Both parties have been inflitrated , as well as education , as well
as all religoins . And we are so trained up in their ways of what they consider love
