Below is the table of contents PDF for a book about jury section that costs $1319.00

Doesn't look quite as simplistic as the four steps you posted.
The complicated part - what that book primarily addresses - comes after the pool of prospective jurors is presented to the judge and the attorneys. You're alleging interference from the judge in the selection of that pool, which is the process I outlined in those four steps. Looking at the table of contents for that book, I see one, maybe two, sections of Chapter 2 that might address that process.

I don't know enough about it to allege that. Dershowitz alleged it and so far I've only seen novices refuting it.

I already stated that in response to the posting of the video.
Yes you do but I am challenging your statement at what point in the video did he say "Trump's attorneys had no say in jury selection"?

Most people have. And most people know as little as you do.

I'm not sure most people have done jury duty. I've gotten one pre-screening notice from federal district court, but I had just moved to a different district, so I notified them of such. I think my mom was in the jury pool for a few weeks last decade, but wasn't selected. It is the only time I think either of my parents have been so "selected" in 60 years each of eligibility.

Jury duty is certainly not a rare thing, but I don't think "most" people have done it.

Hey, it's your claim. If you don't feel it's worth backing up, why should I think it's worth considering?

You don’t consider many other facts why would this be different?

I agree I do not feel he could have gotten a fair trial even if he were not SO hated by the powers that be. I feel the same about Obama or Biden.
You would not be able to render an unbiased verdict if you were sitting on a jury for some crime Obama or Biden was accused of that did not relate to their Presidential duties?

My bad. Many people have. Post corrected.

not likely in particular since I do not like either of them and I know it. I would whether have myself excused than have to try and chance it.

I said they believe as in as far as they're concerned there is evidence. That doesn't make them delusional.

Could be because the system is corrupt.

Okay.
The court cases found no evidence of fraud and the Trump lawyers told the courts that there wasn't any fraud. People can lie all they want in public but they can't in court. That is why Trump's campaign admitted there was no fraud in court.

No there isn’t any such information.
Wrong! Juror #11 said she did not like Trump’s persona. Trump’s team ask that she be removed for cause but was denied by Merchan. What I said was on line is on line . Not my problem you and others can’t find it.

Too many people here don't seem to know how to use a search engine.

Juror 11 was seated on the jury after Merchan denied Trump's challenge to the juror for cause. Trump's lawyers argued she should be dismissed because she said she does not like Trump's “persona.” “I don't like his persona,” she said.

Evidence that GOP voters have integrity....until it becomes a question of Trump.

I disagree wholeheartedly with the logic. Because THEN what? The only people who would be permitted on the jury would be people who have an affinity for Trump.

In any case, this kinda reads like this is, yet again, another defence team flub up (unless I misunderstand)...
Trump’s legal team ran out of peremptory challenges to remove a couple jurors who voiced negative opinions of the former president and his politics.

Maybe if Trump paid his witnesses more they would have been able to swing the jury harder...

After discussion in reports from this thread, the decision was to close this thread permanently.

One big problem is the failure of some members to stay on topic. The topic is not Biden or Clinton.
Another problem is the flaming of other members and of groups. Blanket insults of liberals or MAGA members do not help an argument one way or the other.

That is enough.
