I have heard several people say that the judge has been partial, including Trey Gowdy. I have heard legal analysts on CNN criticizing the case. I don’t think it’s the legal masterpiece that some people are making it out to be

I have also heard the structure and importance of the case criticized. I've got no problem with that. I don't know what Gowdy said, was it about jury selection? Did he confirm Dershowitz's implausible claim that Trump's attorneys had no say in jury selection?

I've gone back over 15 pages of this thread and checked all of your posts. There is nothing that you have posted on jury selection at all. Apart from Dershowitz. Which has been discounted as he directly lied. You even pointed someone to the video you linked to of Shapiro saying 'I'm sure he mentioned it in that'. Just...what? He didn't mention anything at all about it. How can you link to a 2 minute video and not know what he said in it?

So don't give us any more bulldust about you supplying details. It's been checked. You haven't.

I'm afraid I had to. There have been suggestions that he was talking about jury selection. He wasn't. Thankfully it was only two minutes long. Well, two Shapiro minutes. Anyone else it would have been about 4 or 5.

I've looked up Good Ol' Jpe and Trums him in proven lies by the tens of thousands. No doubt all politicians lie but I think they clocked Trump at 20+ per day on average. Of course, with an average, there are more some days and fewer other days but his Press conferences were filled with bald-faced lies.

I don't have an agenda other than getting disciples from the Church o' Trump to admit their guy lies all the time.

Shapiro wasn't in court. He's just another law school grad (probably, I assume he graduated). A couple of months ago I watched a video with a title like "I watched the Ben Shapiro video on XX so you didn't have to." I appreciated the bullet that YouTuber took for the rest of us.

I'm not a mind reader, so I don't know whether he meant to say something different, but that is the gist of what he said. I agree that he wasn't suggesting that Americans inject bleach or disinfectant (that's been mildly blown out of proportion as the story has been retold), but he was definitely asking if that was possible. Which isn't really any better.

No, not really - it's pretty clear, in context, that Trump has no idea what he's talking about and is just trying to sound smart or insightful on camera. Those are absolutely questions that a person with no knowledge of the topic would ask, but a sensible person would ask them privately. Generally, throwing out completely infeasible ideas as possible solutions just makes you look like an idiot - which is why you ask the experts if they're possible first; before you speak to the entire country.

He later claimed that he was being sarcastic when he was called on it. I mean said it. LOL.
