And you say that the 10 moral Laws were not Abolished , but all The OLD COVEANT was abolished at the cross . PERIOD
This is what the HOLY SPIRIT had Paul write in Rom 13:8-9 !!
For the precept ,you shall not commit adultery , you shall not murder , you shall not steal , you shall not testify falsely , you shall not desire after , and if there any different different commandment , it is summed up in this , namely , You shall love your neighbor as yourself .

And I see that you have 1 John 4:9 at the bottom of your reply .These ARE from the 10 ... they are commandments of love to be kept out of Love for God (and Love of our fellow man), they have not been changed and/or abolished.
Nothing new .... it is the reason they why they are kept ... out of Love ... willingly ... Love can not be forced. Love is the motivator (the reason) when kept willingly they show Love.
Romans 13:8-10 Paul states that all of the law is wrapped up in loving our neighbors as ourselves; love is the fulfillment of the law. Owe no one anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
If the law is abolished .... so is Love.
John 14:15-31 GNT“If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever. We receive the Holy Spirit who helps us keep the commandments willingly our of Love (changes our thinking).
Jesus taught from abolished text or text that would be abolished? Non sense. God never changes.
Matthew 5
The Fulfillment of the Law
17Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. 18For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.
Heaven and earth has not yet passed away ... the Law is alive and well.
If the 10 were abolished .... then they no longer apply to us? Non sense. We will be judged by them ... and we will be deemed innocent (not that we are innocent) those in Christ will be pardoned because of His shed blood. The very definition of sin is transgression of the law ... sin is alive and well on planet earth ... because of God's laws.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 10 that God should change and/or abolish them.
The law leads us to Jesus (making us aware of sin-transgression of the law) and after we receive Jesus He sends the Holy Spirit to help us (empowering us) to keep the law (out of Love (willingly) and for no other reasons).
No the covenants in the OT were not abolished they were fulfilled through Christ. God (Jesus) Himself is the only one who can keep covenant with God .... man is incapable of doing so .... that doesn't make God's covenants go away (become of non effect - abolished) God keeps all His covenants ... mankind does not.
The Holy Spirit is our helper (helping us to do what?) changing our thinking ... helping us to keep the law .... out of love.
Galatians 5:14-18I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
We are not under the law .... because the law is kept out of love for God and love of mankind. Again ... it's what motivates us .... Love must be the motivator ... otherwise it is works and our works are filthy rags. Love can not be forced.
Covenants (promises from God) in the OT ... you really think any of these were abolished (done away with)? No ... fulfilled through Christ. Everything is fulfilled through Christ not abolished.
A COVENANT WITH ADAM
GENESIS 2-3 | A promise that a Son of Adam would bring victory. (it happened at the cross and comes to complete fruition at His return)
THE COVENANT WITH NOAH
GENESIS 6:9-22, 9:1-17 | A promise to protect mankind and thus the coming Son of Adam. (it happened, and comes to complete fruition at His return)
THE COVENANT WITH ABRAHAM
GENESIS 12:1-3, 15:1-21, 17:1-27 | A promise to bless all nations through a miraculous birth. (it happened) and (is happening and comes to complete fruition at His return.
THE COVENANT WITH MOSES
EXODUS 19-31 | A promise to not forsake His people—a once-for-all sacrifice would come. (it happened) and comes to full fruition at His return.
THE COVENANT WITH DAVID
2 SAMUEL 7:1-16 | A promise that the everlasting King, the Savior, would come from the line of David. (it happened) the everlasting King comes to complete fruition at His return.
THE NEW COVENANT
HEBREWS 8-9 | A promise to redeem forever all who call on the name of Jesus, making them God's chosen people. (abolished ??? -no) comes to complete fruition at His return.
All covenants are fulfilled (filled fully) through Christ ... not abolished - kept fully by Him and through Him out of Love. His love for the Father and His love of mankind.
2 Corinthians 5:10-11 King James Version (KJV)
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
What is Christ using to judge what is good or bad? Judgement is a legal term ... ie requires law.
John 14:15-31 GNT“If you love me, you will obey my commandments. I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever. He is the Spirit, who reveals the truth about God.
What commandments?
If you were to reject justification by faith in Christ (Rom 10:3-4) then you would be pulling the cart in the wrong direction. (Acts 4:11-12)
They pull their guilt and sins behind them like people pulling carts with ropes. Isaiah 5:18
If you don't believe that I am He, [the Messiah] you will die in your sins. John 8:24 ( Acts 13:38-39, 40-41)

Even now, my witness is in heaven. My advocate is on high. Job 16:19 Rev 1:5
For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant. Heb 9:15If you believe then you will be set free from sin.
Here is what Christ will do at the JUDGEMENT SEAT OF CHRIST , called the BEMA SEAT , 1 COR 3:6 !!These ARE from the 10 ... they are commandments of love to be kept out of Love for God (and Love of our fellow man), they have not been changed and/or abolished.

For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant. Heb 9:15
He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him; Heb 5:9-11Yes, the new is better than the old. The promises are greater.
It is nice to know that He will always be there for us no matter what sort of a mess we get ourselves into.Trust in the Lord forever and always
And Heb 5:11 , says , Of whom we have much to say , and HARD to explain , since you have become DULL of HEARING <He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him; Heb 5:9-11
Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal. Isaiah 26:4
He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him; Heb 5:9-11
Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal. Isaiah 26:4
To both Jews and Gentiles who have faith, no explantion is necessary. (1 Cor 12:13)And Heb 5:11 , says , Of whom we have much to say , and HARD to explain , since you have become DULL of HEARING <Who is Paul speaking to HERE ? To Gentiles ? To Greeks ? To Jews ? To Foreigners? To SCYTHIAN ?
You are not redeemed with your messy shananigans. (1 Peter 1:18-19)It is nice to know that He will always be there for us no matter what sort of a mess we get ourselves into.
So we have nothing to fear and nothing to worry.
Lord, You will establish peace for us, [And it shall be an everlasting covenant with them Ezekiel 37:26]We are redeemed because God is able to rescue, save, heal and deliver us from destruction.
1 John 4:9And I see that you have 1 John 4:9 at the bottom of your reply .
Your thoughts on 1 John 5:18 We KNOW that whosoever is BORN of God SINNETH NOT // OU is a Disjuncative Particle Negative and that NOT means you can not ever SIN AGAINNNNNNNN ever again , and that Wicked one Toucheth hin NOT // OU and is and other DISJCUATIVE Paticicle Negative , and means Satan can never touch him ever Again !!
Your thoughts ??

Paul was speaking FIRST to Jew // READ Acts 28;25--28 and NOW to Gentiles .To both Jews and Gentiles who have faith, no explantion is necessary. (1 Cor 12:13)
To those without faith, no explanation is possible. TA (1 Cor 15:33)
To both Jews and Gentiles who have faith, no explantion is necessary.
(For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks...1 Cor 12:13)
To those without faith, no explanation is possible. TA
(Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.”1 Cor 15:33)
That He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,Paul was speaking FIRST to Jew // READ Acts 28;25--28 and NOW to Gentiles .
On the contrary, In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, ... 1 John 3:9-10Where does the Bible say that to be justified by faith means we can be lawless before God.
When you received God’s word, [the good news] you did not receive it as the word of men but as the word of God, which is now at work in you who believe. 1 Thess 2:13The grace of God does a work in us to deliver us from sin and transgression.
We have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing power may be seen to be of God, and not of us. 2 Cor 4:7I attended a church called Grace Cathedral.
I am glad you are able to keep it simple, because it does not look so simple to me.On the contrary, In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest:
Reminds me of those who: "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power" 2Timothy3:5 We tend to think the power is in the Blood of Jesus to wash us and to cleanse us of all sin and rebellion. Revelation 7 14 "They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."believing by the power of the Holy Spirit. Rom 15:13
Keep things in perspective. Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that the world may be accountable to God. Rom 3:19I am glad you are able to keep it simple, because it does not look so simple to me.
Those are the religious zealots who did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own. Rom 10:3-4Reminds me of those who: "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power" 2Timothy3:5
But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. Rom 3:21-25We tend to think the power is in the Blood of Jesus to wash us and to cleanse us of all sin and rebellion. Revelation 7 14 "They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."
To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:All the more reason to give praise, honor and glory to God.
