That is because the earth is flat and the stars are under the dome that is around us.You’re not really understanding the concept. The nearer the stars are to the celestial poles, the more exclusive they are to one hemisphere. Those that are nearer the celestial equator will be seen in both, but the constellations will seen to be upside down compared to the other hemisphere.
That’s impossible on a flat earth.
The Airy's failure experiment proves that the stars move relative to the land that is stationary.
Airy failed to prove the heliocentric model.
And there should be a star parallax effect every six months, if the earth is revolving around the sun.
