Whether a person puts on pants or a skirt doesn't say much about gender, such as William Wallace wearing a skirt.
That giggle and wiggle is not cultural. It is something all women do naturally.

So my final decision is, sex and gender are the same thing, unless there is a "soul" or "self" that is separate from the biological body which could be something other than.
Gender is performance. Sex is the physical anatomy. One and the same, in physical terms.
