The retail grocery stores are required to put in a price per unit. They can be pretty inconsistent though - side by side products will list price per ounce on one and price per pound on the next. Worse is when they just list price per bottle.Out of curiosity, does the federal law (or state law in any states) require for the companies and sellers to put up not just the per unit price but also state a per kilo (or whatever unit would be the correct one) for the product as well, so that it can be easily compared to others?
