I can see both positions. Personally, I think it is details JUST like this that tell you about priorities.

Yes Trump is willing to "get his hats made for cheaper to save his supporters some cash" (whether his hats are ACTUALLY cheaper, i may just take a look.) Ultimately, Joe's hats employ Americans and contribute to the US economy while Trump's hats....don't.


Part of me feels that if you don't let details like this inform your opinion of people, your discernment is too shallow.

Oh man....what an interesting topic to explore....There are people selling "OFFICIAL TRUMP 2024 MAGA HATS: California Edition" on ebay for 133$.

Man..it's just all grifters. I saw an interview on the Daily Show a couple years ago where they interviewed a couple of black clothing merchants who sold MAGA stuff. They said it was all dumb and they disagreed with it but they could sell a sweater for 150$ so why not?
Well, a capitalist would argue "that's what the market can withstand...."
