  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Mars bars. I think the chocolate and caramel together is the best. Dove makes a good one. Carmello bars are good.
Sometimes, I like to get a box of assorted chocolates with different flavors and fillings. The family would always buy one for Christmas, and we would enjoy picking through the assortment, looking for our favorites, and trying new ones.

Here is a little concoction i have began eating.

100% organic cocoa, Organic Peanut Butter, Honey, a little Organic Grass fed Milk or Organic Coconut Milk or Water (to make it like the consistency of a thick shake). Then add in chopped up Pecans pieces and or Black Walnut pieces and sometimes also with the nuts, Organic Bananas sliced up pieces.

That sounds good, but bananas totally wreck my blood sugars.

Carbs people! Stop with the carbs! You are heading for a snoot full of diabetes. I know. I drank full-strength cola for 40 years, and suddenly, my sugar tested 400. Now I am Keto and keeping it down to around 100. Taking 100 mg of Metformin every day. Enjoy the chocolate once in a while... but be careful!
