I'm fighting for peaceful and patriotic Americans that were denied capitol video surveillance from federal prosecutors and the Jan 6th committee "that proved their innocence", these Americans were allowed entrance and given escorts by the capitol police

Ok, what good is your fight here? Now that this new information is out we should see cases brought back to trial if those people were innocent. Jan 6th case's are being reviewed and since the release of the Jan 6th video surveillance footage being released, they are releasing Jan 6th prisoners, and indefinitely delaying cases from being heard, and the US Supreme Court is going to hear the scope of the charge in "Obstruction" that applied to hundreds charged and sentenced

But that case doesn't have anything to do with any "narrative" false or otherwise. That appeal is really about whether obstruction of a proceeding under Title 18 of the US Code, Section 1512(c)(2) requires "some action with respect to a document, record or other object" to be obstruction. (I.e., is this a document tampering statute, or is it more broad.) Since there aren't many of the rioters who interfered with documents (perhaps none), under the ruling of one District Court Judge, it doesn't apply, but every other judge in the court and the appeals panel disagreed with the narrow view.

I’m not sure what they’re expecting to see… They weren’t supposed to be there, so if they’re on the video, they’re in the wrong. It doesn’t matter if the video shows them doing lines or getting a call from the Pope, they weren’t supposed to be there.

I mean, I break into our state capitol because I need to use a bathroom, I can ask for the video that proves that’s all I did, but I wasn’t supposed to be there. Theres no “she smashed a window to head to the bathroom, she has IBD, it’s fine.”
