Gas topped out in Jun 2022 at around $5.25. I assume you think that was entirely President Biden's fault. Gas has since fallen to $3.25. By your apparent logic, he should get all the credit.

So Biden was responsible for gas producers worldwide, including OPEC, for not increasing production? Again, what power does the President have to force countries, and oil companies, to increase their production of oil. And does that make the leaders of every other nation, including China, just as much to blame -- since they didn't increase the supply of oil, either?

Donald recently confirmed that he called Russia and Saudi Arabia and asked them to decrease production, thereby increasing the price of oil and with it gas.

Oh, so you are claiming the high gas prices are Trump's fault; since he called his authoritarian buddies and asked them to not produce oil? Seems like Trump doing that, and hurting American consumers, should make you think he isn't a valid candidate for President. Though, at the same time, what evidence is there that Trump's call made any difference in the production of oil (that they weren't doing it already).

It is also worth noting that Biden also asked Saudi Arabia, as well as US oil companies, to increase production.

Now, as to infrastructure projects, I found these: $25 million for a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Rio Salado riverbed along the Third Street alignment; $27.6 million to build a network of electric vehicle chargers statewide; $194 million for a new taxiway at Sky Harbor; $14.4 million for a new terminal at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport; and $40 million for low- and no-emission school and public buses across the state.
$194 million for a new taxiway at Sky Harbor Airport? How many of miles of roads would that repair? Tra La, a footbridge, a runway, a terminal, no wonder I can't see where all those millions are going. And that is still not Billions or Trillions that are so freely tossed in the streets. Tell me Arizona received $600B and I will contact my State Reps but those piddling millions are chump change.

It is not politically correct to mention this but there are Federal Subsidies in Arizona for the Native Americans. How much of that "extra" Federal tax is accounted for by the payment to the tribes? And to the administration of other Federal Lands and projects.

I'm going to assume this is either satire, you happened to forget the position I take on presidential control over gas prices or you mixed me up with someone else.

From an outsider looking in, I'd say the key issue is fear, both real and imaginary.

From the Democrats side, it is fear that D Trump will seek to go after his enemies, seek to imprison Democrats, imprison and/or shutdown journalists and media organisations he doesn't like, rig the system so that the people's vote no longer count and just have Republican election officials as the only votes that are counted. And squash any and all investigations, charges and convictions against himself and against anyone that violently and illegally does things to help D Trump keep power.

From the Republican side it is fear of Socialism, fear that there will be a free or affordable safety net for people that are sick and in need of medical treatment, fear that gay people can get married and be openly gay, fear that gay characters are on tv or in movies, fear that too many non white immigrants are making the USA culture less white, less Christian, and fear that whites or Christians might lose their privilege. Fear that Trans people might become more prevalent and more bold to roam freely in public, fear that coloured people might play characters that were played by white actors or drawn with perceived white skin in an original version of a movie. Fear that black people will be able to protest. Fear that social media will moderate against racism and medical misinformation.

Beyond this, I'd say that policies are secondary at this stage.

There was the Russia Hoax that went on for 4 years or more that is the biggest scandal in American history. For 4 years and more a cabal of democrats, mostly unelected civil servants, obstructed, demonized an elected American president using manufactured evidence.
There are many American who would like to see those people, many of whom still hold powerful administrative posts, brought to book.
That is not revenge, that is Justice. Americans do not like being fooled and manipulated by the unelected civil servants who believe their agenda must be protected, by any means, fair and mostly foul, against a legitimate President.

The Russian investigation by the Special Council was instigated and overseen by the Republicans.
It was a necessary investigation and would have been grossly negligent if it weren't investigated.

Schiff is a Republican?
AFTER Biden won, finally, all the powers of the US government admitted the Steele dossier was a complete fraud and hoax manufactured to illegally influence an election. The sad fact was that the fraud had gained traction and could then be used to further mislead elected officials, obstruct and demonize Trump and thwart the will of the American people.
It will be, in the history books, the worst scandal in American political history.
Any attempt, however smug, to lend legitimacy to that is to lend credibility to an egregious political crime.
When all the "crimes" and "indictments" against Trump pile up this election season, the American people say "Fool me once..."
What is puzzling is the absolutely irrational hatred of Trump but then he threatens the agenda and power of the administrative state.

The so-called Russia "hoax" was started by Donald Trump. We can clearly see in hindsight that Trump first claimed that the DNC was not hacked by Russia, but by the DNC itself. We also see from an indictment that Trump was allegedly being told by Roger Stone that WikiLeaks will be releasing bad things about Hillary. And we know Trump loved the releases by Wikileaks even though he claimed the DNC hacked its own self to somehow hurt him. We also saw Don junior saying that the Hillary campaign is making up lies about the Russians trying to hurt Hillary and help Trump win even though he knows at the time that Russia is doing exactly that according to the emails that were released by the free press.

Huh? Donald Trump was in power through out the entirety of the Special Council investigation into Russian interference and the potential for members of the D Trump presidential campaign in collaborating with the Russians in interfering with the election.

Rod Rossenstien the Republican acting attorney general instigated the Special Council and oversaw it for much of its time, and then William Barr took over at the end. Adam Schiff had nothing to do with it. Had no power over it, wasn't a member of the Special Council investigation.

AFTER Biden won, finally, all the powers of the US government admitted the Steele dossier was a complete fraud and hoax manufactured to illegally influence an election.
The Steele dossier came well after Hurricane Crossfire was already under way.
It was used along with other evidences to support a request to electronically wire tap Carter Page. The wire tapping of Carter Page turned up no useful evidence. Hence the Steele dossier was irrelevant to the overall Special Council investigation.
It will be, in the history books, the worst scandal in American political history.
There are far greater scandals than the investigation into collusion with the Russians to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.
Trump refusing to give back national documents and national secretes
Trump partaking in financial fraud
Trump partaking in the fake electors scheme to overturn the election
Trump commiting sexual assault
These are pretty scandalous for a USA president

Hillary Clinton actually wrote those emails. It really doesn't matter who exposed what she wrote. She DID WRITE them. They were not manufactured fraudulent documents.
The Steele Dossier was manufactured, totally false. Nothing in the Steele Dossier was true.
Now if Trump or anyone else manufactured the emails, that someone should be prosecuted. No one has been prosecuted for the Steele Dossier.

What emails?

The ones in her inbox on her private server or on Huma Abedin's laptop? The ones in the same places, but in the outbox? None of those have to do with Russia or the Steele Dossier.

Nope. The Don junior emails reveal that the Trump campaign knew that Russia wanted to hurt Hillary Clinton's chances. The Russians wanted Trump to win because Trump was willing to remove sanctions against Russia for invading Crimea. Putin himself has said this.
The Steele Dossier was manufactured, totally false. Nothing in the Steele Dossier was true.
Nope. Some things in the Steele dossier were true and some things were false, but it's irrelevant since the Steele dossier was not the reason the investigation was started.

The Steele dossier was unverified opposition research which typically occurs in every campaign and is not illegal.

Hillary Clinton actually wrote those emails.
Solid documented Proof that Trump started the Russian "hoax":

Please note that on June 17,2016 Fox news was suggesting to the viewer's minds that the Russian hacking story is "Bogus" (a hoax). Fox is reporting at that time that Trump is saying, "We believe it was the DNC that did the 'hacking' as a way to distract from the many issues facing their deeply flawed candidate and failed party leader". What's important to note here is that the messaging is inferring that the suggestion that Russia hacked the DNC is a Hoax invented by the Democrats, and that mainstream news outlets are peddling fake news to help further the "Democrat's hoax".

On the same day, June 17,2016, Putin says he does not have a preference for who wins U.S. election, though he welcomes Trump's pledge to restore U.S.-Russia ties. Putin says, "We never interfere in other countries’ internal politics, especially the U.S.".... We can see that this presents a contradiction in reasoning since "We never" is contradicted by "especially the U.S."... And it's also contradictory that Putin welcomes Trump's "pledge" to restore U.S.- Russian ties while at the same time claiming to have no preference.

June or July 2016, according to an indictment, Stone informs the Trump campaign about possible Wikileaks release of damaging Clinton documents.

From July 24, 2016. Below is an interview with Jake Tapper. Please keep in mind when you read it, that Don junior is already aware that Russia is trying to help Trump win when he gives this interview, (because he has already had the meeting at Trump Tower with Russian agents and has already read the email stating: This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump, June 3,2016).

JAKE TAPPER: So, I don't know if you were hearing earlier, but Robby Mook, the campaign manager for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — I asked him about the DNC leak. And he suggested that experts are saying that Russians were behind both the leak — the hacking of the DNC emails and their release. He seemed to be suggesting that this is part of a plot to help Donald Trump and hurt Hillary Clinton. Your response?

TRUMP JR.: Well, it just goes to show you their exact moral compass. I mean, they will say anything to be able to win this. I mean, this is time and time again, lie after lie. You notice he won't say, well, I say this. We hear experts. You know, here's (INAUDIBLE) at home once said that this is what's happening with the Russians. It's disgusting. It's so phony. I watched him bumble through the interview, I was able to hear it on audio a little bit. I mean, I can't think of bigger lies, but that exactly goes to show you what the DNC and what the Clinton camp will do. They will lie and do anything to win.

Please note that in the first of the following tweets the "fake news" must be referring to help from Russia to help Trump win. It therefore cannot be referring to a fake story about "collusion", since that would have nothing to do with an excuse for why Hillary lost. However the second tweet describes a new meaning for "hoax", repackaged as referring to collusion, which actually contradicts the first tweet, since there can be no collusion if Russia helping Trump was a fake story to begin with.

Feb. 16, 2017 Trump tweet:

The Democrats had to come up with a story as to why they lost the election, and so badly (306), so they made up a story - RUSSIA. Fake news!

Feb. 18, 2018 Trump tweet:

I never said Russia did not meddle in the election, I said “it may be Russia, or China or another country or group, or it may be a 400 pound genius sitting in bed and playing with his computer.” The Russian “hoax” was that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia - it never did!

The Steele dossier was admittedly unverified opposition research which typically happens in every campaign and is not illegal.
"Unverified opposition research" That sounds like a headline from the Babylon Bee. "Typically happens" Yes it does and it is a very sad fact that too many good men who would have made excellent public officials have been smeared by a "victim of sexual abuse" suddenly popping up.
It is illegal, in fact, to claim someone has committed a crime simply to smear that person.
I could not, on any public forum, claim that my neighbor "Mr. Smith" is a child molester or a thief.
This is not something that should happen in "every campaign" and since there is a law somewhere that makes every human action a crime, I can bet if Trump forces had use "unverified opposition research" of the magnitude of the Steele Dossier against Hillary, he would be facing another blizzard of indictments.
However, people are tiring of the phony manipulations and it bodes ill for the candidates using "admittedly unverified opposition research."
The Game is Up.
Will Trump win? No because 20% of mail in voters admitted to pollsters they committed fraud in 2020 and it will be worse this time around.
Go dance in the street. Trump loses. Fraud and corruption wins.
However Send not to know for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee

I hate slander and it is wrong. The problem is people easily get lost in semantics when a slanderer is slandering someone else as a slanderer for slandering them when calling them a slanderer.

"Unverified opposition research" aka slander, unfounded allegations and any mud that could be slung paralyzed and polarized the nation for 4 years. The Steele dossier went way beyond campaign mud slinging.
And it continues...how many of these indictments against Trump are just more trash allegations based on "unverified opposition research?"

I'm not trying to be cute. Did you know that when you believe a lie spoken about someone else, an evil/destructive spirit of darkness/ignorance will occupy your soul based on that lie. In all forthrightness, I'm deadly serious here.

Unverified opposition research does not qualify as slander. That's a mischaracterization, a prevarication, a lie. How can you avoid being deceived when you don't accept the sincere intended meanings of words?

None of the indictments against Trump are based on mud-slinging nor unverified opposition research. To believe otherwise is to believe lies and slander about other people.

People need to learn how to differentiate between fact and fiction.
It's a fact that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to try and help Trump win. It's a lie to claim Russian interference was a hoax based on the Steele Dossier.

There is a very large number of voters whose only concern is abortion on demand and legalized marijuana.
And there are a large number voters whose only concern is opposing abortion and legal marijuana. But it is looking like they are no longer the majority.

The Big Lie is that Trump had anything to do with what the Russians supposedly did or who the Russians favored.
Taking a possible fact "Russian interference" and adding "Trump" is the Lie.

Both the house and senate investigations concluded definitively that Russia interfered to hurt Hillary. The email exchanges with Don junior and the subsequent meeting with Russian agents at Trump Tower corroborate those reports also showing that Russia wanted to help Trump and hurt Hillary. Both Trump senior and Trump junior have acknowledged the meeting and what happened there. What can be observed is that Putin has publicly declared he favored Trump because Trump was for normalizing relations with Russia. And it can also be observed that Trump was publicly saying he was open to removing sanctions against Russia for invading Crimea that had been put in place by the Obama administration.
