Your study simply shows that it's possible that there may be some genetic connection to stuttering. Indeed, your study concedes that most studies on the topic are underpowered and not statistically significant. Genetically modified stuttering mice aside, this study taken with "someone's uncle stutters" is not "proof" of anything, regardless of what some random "expert" says on the Internet.
