Which means that you don't care what anyone else thinks. That's not a great position to occupy.
Look what he was saying yesterday...

...Justice being handed out accordingly.
For all that high and mighty talk about justice, really it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks or says.

Self-defense is allowed by the Catholic Church. It's called "just-war", and it can be found within the Holy Catechism.
Okay, so go follow the Catholic Church. If you want to follow Jesus, you need to stop promoting anti-Jesus teachings.

Yet it is the only possible position if one (just happens to be) “right”.

This is false. Jesus said love your enemies, not go to war and kill them. Landon, stop misrepresenting Christianity with your moderator's account.
If that's your belief then good for you. But you can't sit there and say everyone who disagrees is misrepresenting Christianity.

But you don't get to decide for everyone what Jesus teachings are.

Ok, but like everything else in life there are two sides to Christianity also, just as with the Jews there were two differing expectations of God
Please expand on what you are talking about.

Please post scripture to support your claim.
No need to. They were looking for a worldly solution just as many Christians do and killed their Messiah because He didn't fit what they expected. Their will trumped God's. The same applies to Christians who think a worldly solution can solve a worldly problem.

I'm going to try something a little different. What's happening right now is that there is a conflict between wanting to be Christian and wanting to indulge some anti-Christian feelings. This can happen in many areas of life, like financially, or romantically, or with family, school, etc. Invariably, anyone who wants to be Christian will find themselves in some kind of values-based confrontation, whether it plays out philosophically or physically.

You go to your friend's bachelor party where everyone gets a lap dance. You want to be relatable and fun, but you need to draw the line. Some kids at school make fun of a kid with a disability. You want to be their friend, but you also need to say something against the abuse.

Some of your friends get jumped by a gang and beat up. Your friends are much stronger and well equipped than the gang who jumped them and they're making plans to go absolutely destroy the other gang. Even though you care for them, you want to tell them not to go and take revenge. In fact, you want to promote the teachings of Jesus because, if people were only willing to do what he said, they would find out that his way really is better.

This is what you expect from Christians; they are in the world, but not of the world. They want to be relatable, friendly, and loving. But, they also know when it's time to make a stand for the way of Jesus, as opposed to the worldly way of vicious cycles.

But we don't see that happening with many of these arguments, despite all the claims to Christianity. We see the opposite. Instead, it seems more like Jesus' stance in this case is annoying and frustrating to these professing Christians. The spirit seems to be, "Look at these animals, Jesus! Don't you understand how horrible they are? Terrorists! Animals! Beasts! Lower than beasts! They deserve to be destroyed, Jesus, not loved! "

Jesus gets treated like an ignorant buffoon to be patted on the head when he talks about love and grace and put in the corner when he talks about discipline and self-examination. Well did Jesus speak when he said well did Isaiah speak when he said, "This people draw near to me with their lips, bu their heart is far from me". This is what it looks like in real time, in a live situation.

@Bradskii, the next time you see someone argue that Christianity is bad because of all the violence committed in its name, I hope you may feel inclined to remember what I've said about it here.
