It only ends up hurting them. They should have learned by now.Agree. They never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity for a peaceful solution.

In hindsight, the Arab world should certainly have accepted the UN plan in 1947-8. But there really hasn't been any very viable solution presented to them since.Because the Palestinians never agree to any solution.
You need to look at the history of this. It's crucial to the understanding. The Arabs, which includes the Palestinians have NEVER wanted an Jewish state. In the the 1930s the British controlled the area. They offered to give Israel 17% of the area and the Arabs all said no. However the resolution passed and the Palestinians immediately attacked the Israelis.I'd like to see some quotes on this, from Palestinian leaders, responding to free-state negotiations by rejecting the offers because they only want to destroy Israel. Because, based on what I've seen and read, it looks like you're demonizing the Palestinians, probably because you think they have some special right to life that the Palestinians don't, based on their religious affiliations. That's usually how it is when Americans puff themselves up in defence of Israel. They aren't following Jesus. He told his followers that God wasn't interested in where people worship, whether at this holy site or that holy site, because God is spirit. With his last breath, Jesus said, "it is finished" and at that very moment God himself tore the thick, huge curtain which separated the Holy of Holies from the rest of the temple. In other words, God was done with the box and all that it represented.
All this "support for Israel", including huge sums of weapons and money for weapons to absolutely dominate an impoverished people by occupying their land and steadily taking it for themselves. They bulldoze houses, farms, schools, fruit plantations, hospitals, whatever is Palestinian owned, and then settlers move in. Their soldiers brutalize and molest them regularly, often ending in arrests and shooting for the simple crime of protesting injustice.
How can you say it's okay for a Christians nation to not only financially support this, but to justify it in the name of the very God they are rebelling against?
Not true. They have been offered 80% and 45% and turned it down both times. The two state "solutions" so far have been more like 1.25 states. The P one was never realistic as a proper state, which was probably the idea. Not justifying this attack at all. Just some proper context.
You're going to the frontlines. No, thank you.
Actually, I have been wondering what Israel will do if/when they get more evidence of Iran's involvement. I don't think Israel will wait for the US to act. There needs to be boots on the ground. Take all of Palestine now!
...And if Iran tries something, let the U.S. have them... Iran is ours, along with all their oil.
And perhaps even more : Scripture. You need to look at the history of this. It's crucial to the understanding.
I’m sure the military is drawing up plans for drafting middle age construction workers first. You're going to the frontlines.
Nothing to do with his plan, which of course is in motion. But the foreigners/outsiders who came and still come to the new misnamed Israel because it used to be Judah, brought with them a bad influence differing from the life of the resident Jews and Arabs who already lived there in peace. It's like the Babylonian influence of the Hebrew people at one time and the problems it caused. This was the point of the Jewish journalist. These too will have to repent and find their way back to God. They are still in punishment phase. You really want to say that we need to follow God and his plan and then turn around and dismiss his plan
Maybe, just maybe this conflict will serve as the catalyst to bring all of Israel to repentance.Nothing to do with his plan, which of course is in motion. A journalist said they were wrong but I highly doubt the government or their supporting allies would take that stand. But we can hope they come around to the will of God instead of their own and quit being their own worst enemy. It could add a whole new chapter to their bible.Maybe, just maybe this conflict will serve as the catalyst to bring all of Israel to repentance.
