There's a lot there, much of it related to the fake electors and the illegally accessed election machines, but much much more.

Act 92.
On or about the 22nd day of December 2020, MARK RANDALL MEADOWS traveled to the Cobb County Civic Center in Cobb County, Georgia, and attempted to observe the signature match audit being performed there by law enforcement officers from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Ofiice of the Georgia Secretary of State, despite the fact that the audit process was not open to the public. While present at the center, MARK RANDALL MEADOWS spoke to Georgia Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs, Office of the Georgia Secretary of State Chief Investigator Frances Watson, Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Bahan Rich, and others, who prevented MARK RANDALL MEADOWS from entering into the space where the audit was being conducted. This was an overt act in furtherance
ofthe conspiracy.

Act 94.
On or about the 23rd day of December 2020, JOHN CHARLES EASTMAN sent an e- mail to KENNETH JOHN CHESEBRO and unindicted co-conspirator Individual 3, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, with the subject "FW: Draft 2, with edits'." In the e-mail, JOHN CHARLES EASTMAN attached a memorandum titled "PRIVILEGED ANDCONFIDENTIAL-- Dec23memoonJan6scenario.docx"andstated,"Asforhearings,Ithink both are unnecessary. The fact that we have multiple slates of electors demonstrates the uncertainty of either. That should be enough.

Act 95.
On or about the 25th day of December 2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP placed a
telephone call to Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives Rusty Bowers for the purpose
of soliciting, requesting, and importuning Bowers to unlawfully appoint presidential electors from Arizona. During the call, Bowers stated to Trump, "I voted for you. I worked for you. I
campaigned for you. I just won't d0 anything illegal for you." This telephone call was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

Act 102
On or about the 30th day 0f December 2020, RUDOLPH WILLIAM LOUIS GIULIANI, RAY STALLINGS SMITH III, and ROBERT DAVID CHEELEY committed the felony ofiense of SOLICITATION OF VIOLATION OF OATH BY PUBLIC OFFICER, in violation of O.C.G.A. §§ 16-4-7 & 16-10-1, in Fulton County, Georgia, by soliciting, requesting, and importuning certain public officers then serving as elected members of the Georgia Senate and present at a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee meeting, including unindicted co-conspirator Individual 8, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, Senators Brandon Beach, Bill Heath, William Ligon, Michael Rhett, and Blake Tillery, to engage in conduct constituting thefelonyofienseofViolationofOathbyPublicOfiicer,O.C.G.A.§ l6-lO-l,byunlawfully appointing presidential electors from the State of Georgia, in willful and intentional violation of the terms of the oath of said persons as prescribed by law, with intent that said persons engage in said conduct. This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

Act 113.
On or about the 2nd day of January 2021, DONALD JOHN TRUMP committed the felony offense of FALSE STATEMENTS AND WRITINGS, in violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-
10-20, in Fulton County, Georgia, by knowingly, willfully, and unlawfully making at least one of the following false statements and representations to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Georgia Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs, and Georgia Secretary of State General Counsel Ryan Germany:

[13 baloney claims, e.g. 11. That Ruby Freeman stufi'ed the ballot boxes;]

GA is my home state. I haven't lived there in 40+ years. But I've never been prouder to hail from the Peach State.

Let's keep in mind that an indictment isn't a conviction. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. Trump, and his co-defendants deserve the presumption of innocence. But if he's found guilty, he deserves to be nailed with the full sentence as prescribed by law.

Based on Trump's statements on social media, such as his post today telling the former Lt. Gov. not to testify before the Grand Jury, it would seem he deserves to be in jail prior to the trial. Of course, being a former President and a current candidate, he isn't going to jail (like anyone else would making similar "threats"), though hopefully this means that the Federal Jan 6 trial will be starting by year's end.

Trump's recent postings in Truth Social are direct challenge to the D.C. Court....it will elicit a response form the judge, probably by month's end. I suspect he may be ordered to stay off of social media.

Arrest warrants were issued for all the defendants, Willis said, but she is allowing them to voluntarily surrender by noon on Aug. 25. Willis said she intends to ask for a trial date scheduled within the next six months and will try all 19 defendants together. [Won't that be something?]

The indictment, which came after grand jurors heard roughly 10 hours of testimony Monday, contains 41 criminal counts. The other defendants are Trump’s attorneys John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Bob Cheeley, Ray Smith III and Kenneth Chesebro; former Assistant U.S. Atty. Gen. Jeffrey Clark; GOP strategist Michael Roman; former Coffee County elections supervisor Misty Hampton; former Coffee County GOP Chair Cathy Latham; Atlanta bail bondsman Scott Hall; publicist Trevian Kutti; Illinois pastor Stephen Cliffguard Lee; Harrison Floyd, the director of Black Voices for Trump; state Sen. Shawn Still; and former Georgia Republican Party Chair David Shafer.

Former Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, one of the witnesses who testified before the grand jury Monday, called the investigation a “pivot point” in American politics.

“As Republicans, we either are going to have to take our medicine and realize the election wasn’t rigged, Donald Trump was the worst candidate ever, in the history of the party … and now we are going to have to pivot from there,” Duncan told reporters as he left the courthouse. [I understand he compared Trump unfavorably to Herschel Walker as the worst candidate ever.]

I don't think she meant that literally...
We'll see how many of the 19 plead out.
For those that remain, I understand the normal process for large RICO cases is to group the defendants into smaller groups and try them separately.

Yeah, once I thought about it, it seems to me the prosecutor isn't picking any favorites. It's on the defenses to suddenly plead, or turn state's evidence, or demand separate trials from those crooks over there.

[I understand he compared Trump unfavorably to Herschel Walker as the worst candidate ever.]

Axios reports:

I am reading reports that failed former Lt. Governor of Georgia, Jeff Duncan, will be testifying before the Fulton County Grand Jury," Trump wrote on his Truth Social account on Monday.

  • "He shouldn't. I barely know him but he was, right from the beginning of this Witch Hunt, a nasty disaster for those looking into the Election Fraud that took place in Georgia."
Former fed. prosecutor Glen Kirchner notes (prior to last night's indictments):

As Axios reported, "Trump tells Georgia witness not to testify." This constitutes a clear violation of his conditions of pretrial release. in his federal case. Importantly, when he was arraigned in his federal case in DC, the judge told defendant Trump the following: "Your most important condition of release, sir, is that you not commit a state, federal or local crime while on release. If you were to do so . . . a warrant may be issued for your arrest , your conditions of release may be revoked, and you may be held pending trial in this case." By telling a witness not to testify to the Georgia grand jury, Trump committed the Georgia state crime of "influencing a witness."

Let's see how this ages. I certainly thank the grand jury and am very proud of them.

I suspect Trump’s attorneys will petition for a change of venue. The city of Atlanta, Fulton County, and the DeKalb and Cobb County suburbs--which comprise the largest populaton area in the state--have become strongly Democratic. Donald only got about 25% of their votes in 2020. That's why he lost GA by 11,000+ votes. If a venue change isn’t granted, I wonder if a plea deal is possible. GA might recognize. a lesser charge that isn’t punishable by incarceration--something like misdemeanor election interference. It might behoove him to plead guilty and pay a fine. Which his peanut gallery will gladly fund. And when he campaigns for the GOP nomination, he can use it as a badge of honor to show how unfairly he’s been treated.

Now Trump is saying he has irrefutable evidence the election was rigged and will hold a press-conference Monday 11 am to share it!
(Because - he already had so much evidence to share with the court investigations into this matter that already found no evidence for his absurd suggestions.:oldthumbsup::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:)

I'll get the popcorn ready - it's going to be a hilarious show!

It's going to be hard to run a presidential campaign and insurgency from prison.
Putting Donald J. Trump in prison has been the democratic and liberal MSM platform for the past 7 years, as if you mention something new, Big Smiles!

You mean the 18,000+ votes Ruby Freeman and her crew in Atlanta added to the ballot box, after all republican poll watchers were sent home, as Ruby and the gang continued to shove paper in the machines, counting the same papers multiple times?

For which you, undoubtedly, have ample evidence.

Right?

Hard to know to how seriously to take it since they don't say if it'll be held at a landscaping company or not.

That never happened. And Rudy Giuliani is likely going to have to compensate Ruby Freeman for the lies he spread about her.

Then why did Trump ask the GA Sec of State to “find” only 11,000+ votes?

And anyway, even if he legitimately won GA’s 16 EVs, he’d still lose the election.
