I am glad you get joy about locking up your political rivals. I mean, you can agree or disagree with the sentence...but you seem oddly upset that somebody was not thrown behind bars for as long as you like.

Goltz admitted that on Nov. 21, 2022, he posted the lawyer’s name and a home address and telephone number on social media, writing: “It would be a shame if someone got to this children.” On the same date, in response to another post referring to other Maricopa County officials, he wrote: “Someone needs to get these people AND their children. The children are the most important message to send.”

Should have got twice as long in jail. Nah - make it three times.

Alright, so I read a bunch more about this. I like to do that when I am not sure I know enough about a situation. I agree that you are right about this. I am a borderline free speech absolutist and I agree this man went to far with his speech. I was wrong. You are right. I still think you are way too happy about a trump supporter being put in prison.

If a Biden or whoever supporter did this, I'd be just as happy to see them locked up. People like the person in the OP's article are literally attacking democracy. They belong in jail.

I don't support Trump, but I believe people who do should be just as free as anyone to put their views in public. This guy went way beyond that.
