Why are we still needing to correct right wing folks on this almost three years after it was first debunked?

1. Vice President's have very little control over money outside of that which funds their office.
2. President Obama and others in the U.S. government wanted Shokin removed because he was corrupt and wasn't investigating anyone.
3. The U.S. wasn't the only entity that wanted him gone. The EU, NATO and the IMF did too. In fact IMF was going to withhold $20 bn in loan guarantees if he and others weren't removed.
4. Then VP Biden was delivering a message on behalf of President Obama - we will not be giving you the aid unless you work to clean up corruption.
