The Chinese DF-17/ZF series are also comparable in terms of performance and the YF-21 might have better performance (hard to tell though, data is pretty scarce).

China has no plans to give Russia tanks, which experience shows would be quickly taken out by Ukrainian weapons anyway. The Chinese are apparently considering selling artillery shells and drones to Russia, but are cautious about the consequences of such a move. For now, it seems that China is not anxious to risk the consequences.
