Trump was found liable for sexual assault, and has admitted to two instances of fraud with Trump University and Trump Foundation. Charges for the classified documents he stole and trying to overturn the election in Georgia seem to be in the pipeline.

The Durham report concluded the FBI had no reason valid or otherwise, to investigate Trump and his campaign and worse....they knew that the "evidence" they had was unreliable and biased.

But I'll make you a deal...if you agree the entire investigation was a sham from day 1....I'll agree that Trump tried to obstruct it.

Fair point about Trump University...I'm not familiar with Trump Foundation thing.

I don't know what they have in the Georgia case.....I've only heard about the phone call. As for the docs....I wouldn't get your hopes up. The media played up Biden's cooperation in comparison to Trump's....but cooperation isn't the issue. It isn't less of a crime if one admits to it....the only difference between the two is the added amount of discretion and frankly privilege the president has regarding classified docs.

If they had something in that case...like if Trump had attempted to use that information for personal profit or sell it to anti-US interests....then we might see a case. Without that...I'd expect this to go nowhere.

Now Georgia? I just don't know what they have there....what I do know is that for whatever reason, despite allegations of crimes for 7 years now....the most they got is an old rape accusation that seems unlikely and was clearly funded by democrats donors....which he was held liable for claiming it never happened.

Which seems like the sort of thing that should be overturned on appeal.

Otherwise, it's like saying he cannot disagree on the issue or he can be held liable....which doesn't make much sense outside of a kangaroo court.

I have absolutely no idea what she has....regarding any sort of evidence. What I do find strange is she is accusing him of crimes that have not passed any statute of limitations and if she had evidence of them....a lot of Prosecutors would want to see it (and could force her to share it )....

So the fact that none have seems to indicate she's not holding anything too convincing....or perhaps not playing with a full deck....or being paid to level these accusations.

No deal, I don’t need your deal and what you are stipulating is not entirely true.

Durham said the investigation was premature but there was enough evidence for a pre-investigation. He also mentioned that sources in Spain, iirc, had evidence of financial shenanigans but by Trump not the investigators so he passed on checking it out. As far I know, he neglected to pass the info to other investigators.

No, you are mistaken. I did not directly compare sources. I didn't comment on "the media" but on the accusations themselves. One is not identical with the other. The rumor got started in the figurative basement of the internet (although some would argue for 8chan), but it was reported outside that, eventually in the mainstream. It made its way to mainstream reportage via InfoWars, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. and was reported upon for what it was.

Some people believed it - MTG on Facebook, for instance.
