Right. And if you really want to homeschool your kids, you’ll find a way to reduce the bills. If both parents need to work to pay the mortgage, then the mortgage is too high. They may have to get flip phones, and cancel streaming services. Stop eating out. Etc. I know this because we had to scrimp to get by when we first started because I didn’t make that much.
I think the root cause isn't homeschooling, but families. Children should be removed from parents after weaning and raised and educated in communal crèches until they reach an age where they can be placed into the service of the State in some capacity.
Sometimes that isn't an option though. Like, you think people who are strapped for cash wouldn't be thinking of how to reduce their expenses? Sorry Hammster but you're wrong on this. Homeschooling can actually be detrimental if it's not done properly.
Except that shootings occur at private schools too. So maybe ban those as well. And workplaces - so ban working?

Actually, I don’t think a lot of people think about how to reduce expenses. This is obvious when you look at the stats that show the debt levels of people. They are spending more than they make.
We need to just ban public schools because of this incident. Teachers and administrators cannot be trusted.

Maybe you’re on to something. I think we should have restrictions whenever someone bad does something that the vast majority of people would never do. It’s really the only way to keep us safe.
We read in I Corinthians 13 that love always protects...among other attributes. As a Christian one should then be moved to protect one's children by removing them from situations and schools whereby perversity reigns. These scenarios are a physical and spiritual danger.
