What are you talking about. THere are only 11 "words" in the post you replied to (my reply to you) Should all Christians support Uganda's newest anti LGBTQ+ legislation? Only 1 is "SMH" and as you can see from the post itself, it has not been edited.

Again. I DIDN'T EDIT THE POST YOU ARE REFERRING TO. There is a little note "last edited xxx" in the lower corner if a post has been edited.

But then the only two explainstions could be, I was seeing a vision, or maybe a weird computer glitch? I can see your 11 words in the post, but there were 14 before, and they were all the same. But that is trivial and almost has to be some glitch or something so let's get back to the topic, shall we?

Indeed. Here's how I see that playing out in this conversation. If I am talking with an atheist, we are (by definition) going to disagree about whether God exists. But maybe we can agree on some other things. We might agree that the world is a better place if I treat other people the way I want to be treated -- it makes for a better society for all of us to live in. We might even agree that it's morally good to treat other people the way I want to be treated, and morally bad to harm another person without some morally compelling need for doing so. Speaking as a Christian, I would say that my atheist friend is perceiving something of God in this. (I do appreciate that an atheist would disagree with that last statement. :) )

So an atheist who says "I wouldn't want to be imprisoned, so I'm not going to imprison someone else without a compelling reason, and there's no compelling reason here" is acting according to an important principle of conscience. And I think the Ugandan legislature has lost sight of the important principle of loving one's neighbor as one's self, even though many of them are Christians.

There is no way that I could disagree with anything you have said (about the conversation) And I don't see where I harmed anyone? A far as I know I have been speaking man to man with everybody. Like Everyone I know talks. Friends, family. Conversations may get a lord voice responded, but there is no harm and it doesn't come to blows, and then they usually get very pointed response to their raised voice. Perhaps disagreements even! But no one is harmed. I've seen men punch the other one in the shoulder in conversation, but there not intended harm it a sort of cameradiere. They walk away friends.

We're all in this together. I lay no claims to being better or smarter than anyone. SO why are they so thin skinned? Or why should we treat them as if they're thin skinned. That's how girls talk.

I guess he got mad at me so started saying that what I said was that all gays should be killed and all that crap. That isn't what I said at all, so why couldn't he give a cognizant and intelligent response to the things that I said about Uganda (and God).

There's a good possibility of that. An off the cuff disparging twisting of my words comes across like childish play, trollish even.
I have nudged and nudged the conversation towards the spiritual aspects which are present, and I'm getting pushed for it.
So I push back. It can be fun playing with children sometimes, lol.

Oh, but Uganda. I think that someone in some sort of way to be able to see this law passed, likely had the thought occur to him to make it a Capital crime, like it was in some of earth's history. So from it's spiritual aspects it was a good thing to God and pleasing to him that even one nation stands for his will? I may be right. may be wrong.. But that's what I think.

Besides, the gay population is doomed no matter what. They have no fruit. Suppose they win and turn the entire earth gay. How will they sustain the population? They can't. Has anyone noticed that the gays are increasing in numbers and voice?! That is because they are on a massive Recruiting Program!.

Then they will look back and say, yes, we needed women.

I think the problem is that you have misread my post. If you look at #13 again you will see that I asked the question: 'Do you really want to kill gays?' I hope you can now see the difference between what I said and what you claim I said.

It appears to me that in siding with the Ugandan government's proposed law* there is a danger of falling into the same error, which is a serious business because Christians have been instructed to 'love your neighbour as yourself'.

Let's be clear though, People have been instructed to Love your neighbor as yourself. All people not just Christians. You have the same God that I do even if you do not acknowledge Him. It doesn't change anything.

You are certainly not saying that, you aint Christian so dont have to be kind to people and walk in Love and helpfulness. Even the world will chant to you help the poor be kind be a hero da da da. And to not have a loving heart makes men hateful in their heart.

So that's not what you meant at all, was it? So what if you're not christian? Do you have Honor? Itegrity? Compassion? Love your Wife? I can see that they taught you to hate, but did they teach you to be able to Love also?

This site has been broken since the "upgrade". It has a really bad time with vertical spacing. (It's not as broken as twitter, but that level takes effort to achieve.)

And yet many gay men and women are fathers and mothers.

I told you they have a makor recruitment program going on. What happens after them? two generations without kids would wipe out everybody

Let me tell you there is no such thing. There have always been gay people, and there always will be.

One of my fraternity brothers who was a theater major, and then became a Catholic priest, now is the executive director for a gay men's chorus.

Does that count for recruitment?

I dunno, I've never done that before. But fire is either hot or it aint.

Let's see, how about first you flood all of the churches and christian forums and try to gain acceptance and then have bigger voice and pulpit. Everyone's doing it...God Loves gays too, we love God, we're gay christians!

And I would bet money that some time in the future the gays will be calling for the deaths of christians!

Don't be obtuse. How else do you explain the increase in the gays numbers?
The same as the increase in left handed people.

Did you get "recruited" to be straight? (Assuming you are, if not, pardon me.)

Are you aware that your "side" has lost this PR battle?
And I would bet money that some time in the future the gays will be calling for the deaths of christians!
I'd take your bet, but I'm sure you could move the goalposts long enough to avoid payment.

The same as the increase in left handed people.

So this is a scientific question then!

The good thing about science and biology is that we can see it and test it and we have scientists and doctors who give us the results.

SO when a gay child is born, what is the genetic test that shows them that hey this is a boy or this is a girl? This is a test that we can do at home with our wives or partners. You simply lift the tail and look.
