CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Lindell has reportedly spent tens of millions of dollars in his attempt "to prove that President Joe Biden's 2020 election win was fraudulent."
#1: If you're looking to prove something, you're not disinterestedly seeking truth.
#2: His seeking has turned up nothing.
Shouldn't we consider the possibility that 'Biden's fraudulent win' is like the Loch Ness Monster? Despite 'believers' spending lots of money, they never turn up significant evidence.

Really?!? Did an amendment pass while I wasn't looking that replaced the EC with a direct vote? (I would support this, not the overnight secret thing, but the actual change.) If it hasn't (and it hasn't) then the state very much does matter and any counter of one voter by another only matters within the state.

DA Bragg released a detailed explanation for why certain activities will no longer be prosecuted.
That's quite different from Jordan looking the other way and even trying to cover up the team doctor sexually abusing hundreds of young men at Ohio State.
