OK so, this question seems a bit weird. But the Bible states that our real enemies are spiritual. They are principalities and evil spirits etc. So, my question is this; are we also suppose to forgive them as we forgive the people they use to hurt us?

The short and important answer is: NO.

We don't sympathize with or forgive demons, they are bad they want to take people to hell and this is wrong. Don't entertain thoughts like this.

You remember when the demons saw Christ coming what they said? Now man if they saw Christ come would fall down crying out forgive me forgiver me I am so unworthy where as demons said "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?". Salvation is only for man

The adversary works through the human flesh. This is why we live by the Spirit so we do not fall into the lust of the flesh. We forgive those who fall into sin because of their weaknesses. Blessings.

It is very harmful to oneself to hold a grudge. That's why God says vengeance belongs to Him.

Its written in gospel of Luke, use name of Jesus to order demons and satan away from your home and family. Read ephesians chapter 6, Christian people are at spirtual war with demonic spirits. Use Jesus name to order demons and satan away from you. The more your spirtual growth. The intensity of attack will increase. You may have to use power every 2 to 4 days. Get the picture. Say, Get behind me in the name Jesus, anything negative or evil, including satan.

God wants us to love our enemies and do good to those who hate us. The way we forgive others, God will forgive us. It doesn't hurt us to do these things, but it enriches us. Plus, a funny thing is that you cannot defeat a demon; and no demon has ever gone to hell.

I find this a little disturbing...Can you provide scripture that shows this process to "Order" Demons and Satan...

I believe the best weapon we have in consistently defeating Satan is effective and constant discipleship through Scripture. Put on the whole Armor of God...

Ephesians 6:11 NIV
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Ephesians 6:13 NIV
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

The Armor of God

I can find nowhere in the bible that gives the instructions you gave...Please help me understand by providing scripture. Thanks in advance!

Demons are not like men, they are evil straight through. They can't be forgiven, and don't want to be forgiven. Why would you want to forgive demons? It's like forgiving a cancer, that is not something to be forgiven. Demons are to be conquered, and that is and was done through Christ. God bless!

Even if you were to forgive them, what comes next? Would you treat them as your friends? That would be extremely risky, as they are the deceivers of the entire world. Just forgive them, and that's it. Give them to God. If you do not forgive them, it will consume you like poison.

There is nothing in scripture that says to forgive demons...End of Story

As I mentioned before, it truly doesn't matter whether or not you forgive the demons. However, it's important to remember that holding onto anger is like drinking poison - it will slowly consume you. I speak from my own experiences. If you choose not to forgive the demons, what's the next step? Will you set a trap to ensnare them? Remember, it's written that vengeance belongs to God. So, my advice is to simply forgive them and entrust them to God, so that peace will reign in you and you will no longer dwell on their transgressions.

It looks to me like Paul talks about forgiving other people not demons.

"Eph. 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you."

"Col. 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye."

The Christian will find a challenge ENOUGH to forgive fellow human beings.
In fact without the grace of Christ it is not always attainable.
It requires a power from God to forgive and forget some offenses.

Apply your powers to forgive to man will be quite enough to attain.
For the super tolerant - If you have no more fellow people to forgive then maybe you can go to God and ask Him about the demons.
