Yes. Few of their intended audience have computers, most just have phones, and they don't do webinars. This isn't my daughter's guess, there is data on it, and that's her business.
It's maddening and confusing. These people have low cost, even free, medical care being made available, but getting them to take advantage of it is incredibly difficult. That's the problem my daughter has been hired to solve, but even the people who have hired her can't understand it...they just see that they can't make it work.
Well a lot of the younger generation has the attention span of a gnat even if they have a computer.
But I see the point. Why would you assume they have a computer or access to one. Although a lot of webinars can be done in your phone too. You don't need a computer.
