Breaking any of the commandments of God is sin in the New Testament.Sexually immorality is sin in the New Testament.
He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
Revelation 21:7-8
Can you show the scriptures from Jesus or His Apostles that instruct the Church under the New Covenant as to how we are to observe the Sabbath today; as to how we are to "remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy"?

1 John 3:4 4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.” quoting directly from the Ten Commandments
James 2:10 For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For He who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty.
He who said "thou shalt not murder" and "thou shalt not commit adultery" also said "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy" all found in the same unit of Ten that God spoke and God wrote with His own finger. Exodus 20

God wrote His laws in our hearts and minds in the New Covenant- so they didn't go away and Jesus was teaching from the Old Testament scriptures and we are told to walk just as Jesus walked as our example who kept all of the commandments and told us to as well. John 14:15, John 15:10
1 John 2:5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
Did Jesus keep the Sabbath? Of course He did- Jesus did not sin. Jesus as His custom was reading the scriptures on the Sabbath day in the Temple- just like we are instruction, the Sabbath is a holy convocation Lev. 23:3
Luke 4:16 So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. 17 And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.” 22 So all bore witness to Him, and marveled at the gracious words which proceeded out of His mouth. And they said, “Is this not Joseph’s son?”
Did the apostles keep the Sabbath? Yes they did decades after Jesus ascended back to heaven. Jesus died because He was accused of breaking the Sabbath, but He never did. If there was going to be a change in one of God's commandments there would have been an UPROAR in scripture, not silence. There no mention of it because it didn't happen.
But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and sat down.
- Acts 13:14
For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every Sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.
- Acts 13:27
And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath.
- Acts 13:42
And the next Sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.
- Acts 13:44
For Moses has had throughout many generations those who preach him in every city, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”
- Acts 15:21
And on the Sabbath day we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who met there.
Acts 16:13
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,
- Acts 17:2
And he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
- Acts 18:4
Did Jesus expect His followers to keep the Sabbath until He returned? Yes. Matthew 24:20
Will the Sabbath continue to be the Lord's chosen day in the New Heaven or New Earth or will it be mans chosen day? What does scripture say?
Isaiah 66:22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth
Which I will make shall remain before Me,” says the Lord,
“So shall your descendants and your name remain.
23 And it shall come to pass
That from one New Moon to another,
And from one Sabbath to another,
All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the Lord.
